廣州市中小學(xué)課外培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,教育產(chǎn)業(yè)開(kāi)始顯現(xiàn)出其巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α=逃嘤?xùn)市場(chǎng)正朝著品牌經(jīng)營(yíng)、市場(chǎng)細(xì)分和連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)的方向發(fā)展,培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)的重新洗牌將不可避免。對(duì)于廣州市中小學(xué)課外培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)而言,如何在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中發(fā)揮本機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)勢(shì),采用科學(xué)合理的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,在殘酷的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出,正成為培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)需要考慮的嚴(yán)峻問(wèn)題。 本論文以廣州市中小學(xué)課外培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)作為研究對(duì)象。借鑒戰(zhàn)略管理的理論和模型,采用文獻(xiàn)綜述法、調(diào)查法等研究方法,結(jié)合廣州市中小學(xué)課外培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),通過(guò)運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理課程里成熟的理論即PEST分析工具對(duì)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)所處的宏觀環(huán)境(經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,政治與法律環(huán)境,技術(shù)環(huán)境,社會(huì)文化環(huán)境)進(jìn)行分析,運(yùn)用主成分分析法對(duì)樣本培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了排序,同時(shí)得出各內(nèi)部條件重要性的不同,采用SWOT分析工具對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部資源能力(優(yōu)勢(shì),劣勢(shì),機(jī)會(huì),威脅)進(jìn)行分析,全面客觀的得出不同群組廣州市中小學(xué)課外培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀-----外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件。最后給出不同市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)地位的廣州市中小學(xué)課外培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)該采取的戰(zhàn)略選擇。 論文的價(jià)值在于客觀分析了不同群組廣州市中小學(xué)課外培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的外部生存環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件,以及各條件因素的重要性,,指導(dǎo)機(jī)構(gòu)制定周密的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。使得其在面對(duì)政策調(diào)整、外部環(huán)境變化時(shí)積極地調(diào)整經(jīng)營(yíng)策略,發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì),克服自身弱點(diǎn),尋找市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇,制定新的發(fā)展方向和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,提升機(jī)構(gòu)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。能夠在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出,做大做強(qiáng),立于不敗之地。學(xué)術(shù)研究方面,充實(shí)了對(duì)廣州市中小學(xué)課外培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)問(wèn)題的理論研究。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese economy, the education industry begins to show its huge development potential. The market of education and training is developing towards the direction of brand management, market segmentation and chain operation, so it is inevitable to reshuffle the training market. For the extracurricular training institutions of primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou, how to bring their advantages into full play in the fierce market competition, adopt scientific and reasonable development strategy, and stand out in the cruel market competition, It is becoming a serious problem for training institutions to consider. This thesis takes Guangzhou primary and middle school extracurricular training institution as the research object. Using the theory and model of strategic management for reference, using literature review method, investigation method and other research methods, combining the competition and development situation of extracurricular training market in primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou, By using the mature theory in the course of strategic management, that is, PEST analysis tool, this paper analyzes the macro environment (economic environment, political and legal environment, technical environment, social and cultural environment) of the training institutions. This paper uses principal component analysis (PCA) to rank the market competitiveness of the sample training institutions, and at the same time, it concludes that the importance of each internal condition is different. The SWOT analysis tool is used to analyze the external environment and internal resource capacity (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities) of the institutions. The present situation of different groups of extracurricular training institutions in primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou-external environment and internal conditions are obtained objectively and comprehensively. Finally, the strategic choice of extracurricular training institutions for primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou with different market competitive status is given. The value of this paper lies in the objective analysis of the external living environment and internal conditions of different groups of primary and secondary school extracurricular training institutions in Guangzhou, as well as the importance of each condition factor. In the face of policy adjustment and changes in external environment, it actively adjusts its management strategy, exerts its own advantages, overcomes its own weaknesses, seeks for market opportunities, formulates new development directions and development strategies, and promotes the market competitiveness of institutions. Able to stand out in the fierce market competition, big and strong, in an invincible position. The academic research enriches the theoretical research on extracurricular training institutions in primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou.
