【摘要】：目的考察大學(xué)生與現(xiàn)實(shí)朋友和網(wǎng)友進(jìn)行性話題溝通狀況及其對性適應(yīng)的影響,為開展性健康教育提供參考。方法采用大學(xué)生性話題溝通頻率問卷和性心理健康量表性適應(yīng)分量表,對隨機(jī)抽取的成都市3所綜合性大學(xué)746名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行施測。結(jié)果不同性別、生源地的大學(xué)生對朋友進(jìn)行性話題的溝通頻率差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,女生性適應(yīng)狀況優(yōu)于男生;大學(xué)生對網(wǎng)友(特別是異性網(wǎng)友)的性話題溝通對其性適應(yīng)有消極影響,而對異性現(xiàn)實(shí)朋友的性話題溝通與性適應(yīng)各因子均呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān),但相關(guān)無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論大學(xué)生與不同類型朋友的性話題溝通狀況與性適應(yīng)狀況有顯著相關(guān)。應(yīng)幫助大學(xué)生建立現(xiàn)實(shí)、健康和自然的異性溝通渠道,避免依賴網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行相關(guān)溝通。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the sexual communication between college students and real friends and netizens and its influence on sexual adaptation, and to provide reference for sexual health education. Methods A total of 746 college students from 3 comprehensive universities in Chengdu were randomly selected by sex topic communication frequency questionnaire and sex adaptation component table of sexual mental health scale. Results there were statistically significant differences in the frequency of communication between college students of different genders and students on sexual topics of friends, and the sexual adaptation of girls was better than that of boys. The sexual topic communication of college students (especially the heterosexual netizens) has a negative influence on their sexual adaptation, while the sexual topic communication to the real friends of the opposite sex is positively correlated with the factors of sexual adaptation, but the correlation is not statistically significant. Conclusion there is a significant correlation between sexual topic communication and sexual adaptation among college students and different types of friends. College students should be helped to establish realistic, healthy and natural channels of heterosexual communication so as to avoid relying on the network for related communication.
