【摘要】:專職輔導(dǎo)教師在現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程開(kāi)放教育中扮演著多種角色,是連系學(xué)員與教育的紐帶,是現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程開(kāi)放教育質(zhì)量的保障;因此,對(duì)于現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程開(kāi)放教育專職輔導(dǎo)教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的研究十分必要。筆者試圖通過(guò)典型專職輔導(dǎo)教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)案例的解讀與研究,呈現(xiàn)其日常教育教學(xué)中的片段、挖掘其專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)中的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)、分析其專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的影響因因素,以引起輔導(dǎo)教師的共鳴、促使輔導(dǎo)教師進(jìn)行自我反思,為廣大輔導(dǎo)教師的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)提供借鑒和幫助。本研究采用敘事研究的方法,選取南京市白下電大分校兩名具有代表性的專職輔導(dǎo)教師為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)近三個(gè)月的田野觀察,借助課堂觀摩、訪談等方法收集資料;通過(guò)教育情境和專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)歷程的再現(xiàn)與重組,揭示隱藏在日常教育生活瑣事中的教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)共性。 本研究共分三個(gè)部分:第一部分主要介紹了本論題提出的背景和現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外遠(yuǎn)程開(kāi)放教育教師的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了梳理、對(duì)相關(guān)概念作出了界定,提出了本研究的意義和目的、理清了研究思路、闡述了研究方法與過(guò)程;第二部分在分析、整理研究資料的基礎(chǔ)上,從研究對(duì)象的心路歷程、課堂、作出的成長(zhǎng)探索等方面呈現(xiàn)了兩位輔導(dǎo)老師的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)故事,詮釋了其專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)態(tài)度和個(gè)人教育理念;第三部分從教育信念和自我發(fā)展意識(shí)兩個(gè)方面闡釋兩位教師的專業(yè)理念,從內(nèi)外因兩個(gè)維度概括了其專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的影響因素,并總結(jié)了研究對(duì)象專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),以期能引起輔導(dǎo)教師群體刊教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的思考。
[Abstract]:Full-time tutoring teachers play a variety of roles in modern distance open education. They are the link between students and education and the guarantee of the quality of modern distance open education.It is necessary to study the professional growth of professional tutors in modern distance open education.The author tries to interpret and study the typical professional growth cases of full-time tutoring teachers, present the fragments in their daily education and teaching, dig out the key points in their professional growth, and analyze the influencing factors of their professional growth.In order to arouse the resonance of the tutoring teachers, promote the tutoring teachers to reflect on themselves, and provide reference and help for the professional growth of the majority of tutoring teachers.This research adopts the narrative research method, selects two representative full-time tutoring teachers of Baixia Radio and Television University of Nanjing as the research object, through the field observation of nearly three months, with the help of classroom observation, interviews and other methods to collect data;Through the reappearance and reorganization of educational situation and professional growth course, the author reveals the commonness of teachers' professional growth hidden in the trivia of daily educational life.This research is divided into three parts: the first part mainly introduces the background and practical needs of this thesis, and combs the related research of distance and open education teachers at home and abroad, and defines the relevant concepts.The significance and purpose of this study are put forward, the research ideas are clarified, and the research methods and processes are expounded. The second part is based on the analysis and collation of the research materials, from the perspective of the object of study, the classroom,The professional development stories of the two tutoring teachers are presented, and their professional growth attitudes and personal educational concepts are explained. The third part explains the professional concepts of the two teachers from the two aspects of educational belief and self-development consciousness.This paper sums up the influencing factors of professional growth from internal and external factors, and summarizes the experience of professional growth of the subjects of study, in order to arouse the reflection on the professional growth of teachers in the guidance teacher group.
