【摘要】：美國麻省理工學(xué)院的優(yōu)質(zhì)開放教育資源對擴(kuò)展人們的知識面、提高個人素質(zhì),傳播和共享社會知識、推動高等教育的全球化等方面做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。發(fā)達(dá)國家對于開放課程資源的項(xiàng)目建設(shè)和應(yīng)用研究已經(jīng)積累了許多成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),本文選取了美國麻省理工學(xué)院、加州伯克利分校、猶他州立大學(xué)、萊斯大學(xué)等大學(xué)的開放課程典型案例,對其平臺架構(gòu)和課程開發(fā)模式從技術(shù)工具、資源內(nèi)容和遵循標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等方面進(jìn)行了研究。通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn)所有開放課程在技術(shù)方面都需要內(nèi)容管理系統(tǒng)(CMS)的支持,并且大部分課程平臺采用了開源軟件或者是在開源軟件的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行二次研發(fā)而成的;課程資源主要以課程講義、大綱、習(xí)題集、閱讀材料和音視頻講座等形式提供,其中音視頻的形式相對較少;課程建設(shè)都遵循了國際通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)議。并在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了開放課程建設(shè)與應(yīng)用中的若干特點(diǎn)和啟示,期望對我國的"國家精品開放課程"工程建設(shè)起到借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The high quality open education resources of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) have made important contributions to the expansion of people's knowledge, the improvement of personal quality, the dissemination and sharing of social knowledge, and the globalization of higher education.The developed countries have accumulated a lot of successful experiences in the construction and application of open curriculum resources. In this paper, we choose MIT, Berkeley, Utah State University.The typical cases of open courses in Rice University and other universities are studied from the aspects of technical tools, resource content and standard adherence to the platform structure and curriculum development model.Through analysis, it is found that all open courses need the support of content management system (CMS) in the technical aspect, and most of the course platforms adopt open source software or are developed on the basis of open source software.Curriculum resources are mainly provided in the form of course handouts, outlines, problem sets, reading materials and audio and video lectures, among which audio and video forms are relatively few.On this basis, the author summarizes some characteristics and revelations in the construction and application of open courses, which is expected to serve as a reference for the construction of "National Fine Open courses" in China.
