【摘要】：自我寬恕是指，，當(dāng)個(gè)體是侵犯者時(shí)，發(fā)生于個(gè)體內(nèi)部的、指向自身的，動(dòng)機(jī)由報(bào)復(fù)轉(zhuǎn)化為善待的過程。它對(duì)學(xué)生的心理健康的方方面面均有重要的影響，近年來成為人們關(guān)注的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)。大學(xué)生自我寬恕的具體狀況以及它受那些因素的影響是人們希望了解的重點(diǎn)�；诖耍狙芯窟x取500名在校大學(xué)生作為被試，采用問卷調(diào)查的方法，對(duì)大學(xué)生的自我寬恕以及情緒與主觀幸福感三者之間的關(guān)系行了深入的探討。研究結(jié)果顯示： 1.我國(guó)大學(xué)生自我寬恕和主觀幸福感總體上水平良好。 2.人口學(xué)變量分析發(fā)現(xiàn)：自我寬恕、情緒和主觀幸福感在性別、獨(dú)生子女與否無顯著差異；自我寬恕、情緒和主觀幸福感在專業(yè)上存在顯著差異；情緒在年級(jí)上存在差異，而自我寬恕和主觀幸福感在年級(jí)上均不存在差異；積極情緒和自我寬恕在不同生源地之間存在顯著差異，在生源地上消極情緒和主觀幸福感差異不顯著。 3.大學(xué)生積極情緒和消極情緒呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)，自我寬恕和積極情緒呈顯著正相關(guān)，和消極情緒呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)，主觀幸福感同積極情緒呈顯著正相關(guān)，同消極情緒呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。主觀幸福感和自我寬恕呈顯著正相關(guān)。 4.大學(xué)生積極情緒對(duì)主觀幸福感有顯著的正向預(yù)測(cè)作用，消極情緒對(duì)主觀幸福感有顯著的負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)作用；自我寬恕對(duì)主觀幸福感有顯著的正向預(yù)測(cè)作用 5.大學(xué)生的自我寬恕不僅能直接對(duì)主觀幸福感產(chǎn)生影響，還可以通過情緒對(duì)學(xué)生的主觀幸福感產(chǎn)生影響，其中情緒在兩者之間起到了部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Self-forgiveness means that when an individual is an aggressor, it occurs within the individual, pointing to itself, and the motivation changes from revenge to kindness. It has an important impact on all aspects of students' mental health. In recent years, it has become a hot topic that people pay close attention to. The specific situation of college students' self-forgiveness and its influence by what factors are the key points that people want to know. Based on this, 500 college students were selected as subjects in this study. The relationship between self-forgiveness, emotion and subjective well-being of college students was investigated by questionnaire. The results showed that:. 1. The level of self-forgiveness and subjective well-being of college students in China is good. 2. Demographic variables analysis showed that: Self-forgiveness, emotion and subjective well-being had no significant difference in gender, only child or not, self-forgiveness, emotion and subjective well-being had significant difference in specialty, emotion had difference in grade. However, there was no difference between self-forgiveness and subjective well-being in grade, there were significant differences between positive emotion and self-forgiveness in different places, but there was no significant difference in negative emotion and subjective well-being in student land. 3. There was a significant negative correlation between positive emotion and negative emotion, a significant positive correlation between self-forgiveness and positive emotion, a significant negative correlation between positive emotion and self-forgiveness, and a significant positive correlation between subjective well-being and positive emotion. There was a significant negative correlation between subjective well-being and self-forgiveness. 4. Positive emotion has a significant positive predictive effect on subjective well-being, negative emotion has a significant negative predictive effect on subjective well-being, and self-forgiveness has a significant positive predictive effect on subjective well-being. 5. Self-forgiveness of college students can not only directly affect subjective well-being, but also affect students' subjective well-being through emotion, in which emotion plays a part of intermediary role.
