【摘要】：處在“心理上的斷乳期”的中學(xué)生,由于個體心理發(fā)展具有自主性、動蕩性、不平衡性等特點(diǎn),很容易形成與一般人對立的情感,極易誘發(fā)各種心理問題和心理疾病。 當(dāng)代中學(xué)生大多具有逆反情緒,在心理健康出現(xiàn)偏差時不愿意承認(rèn),更不愿意聽取任何來自成年人的說教或是藥物治療。與傳統(tǒng)的理論說教和藥物治療相比,音樂教育無疑是一劑良藥。在中學(xué)生心理健康教育中,運(yùn)用音樂這種非語言性的審美體驗(yàn)活動來達(dá)到心理調(diào)節(jié)的目的,它更能被中學(xué)生所接受,其作用也更為深遠(yuǎn)。①它有利于陶冶學(xué)生的音樂情趣,有利于學(xué)生心靈的凈化,有利于幫助學(xué)生形成健康的人生觀、道德觀、世界觀。在中學(xué)生中實(shí)施音樂心理健康教育我們需從學(xué)校、家庭、社會三方面入手,真正意義上的改革現(xiàn)行心理健康教育方式,我們必須充分加強(qiáng)音樂學(xué)科和心理健康教育學(xué)科的多方位聯(lián)系。以音樂課堂為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合音樂治療等手段,努力推動校內(nèi)外各種實(shí)踐活動的開展,以此促進(jìn)音樂心理健康教育的快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Because the individual psychological development has the characteristics of autonomy, turbulence and unbalance, it is easy to form the emotion of antagonism with ordinary people, and it is easy to induce all kinds of psychological problems and mental diseases for the middle school students who are in the period of "psychological weaning". Most contemporary middle school students have adverse emotions and are unwilling to admit or listen to any lectures or drug treatments from adults when their mental health deviates. Music education is undoubtedly a good medicine. In the mental health education of middle school students, the use of music as a non-linguistic aesthetic experience to achieve the purpose of psychological adjustment is more acceptable to middle school students. Its role is also more far-reaching. It is conducive to the cultivation of students' musical tastes, to the purification of their minds, and to the formation of a healthy outlook on life and morality. Implementation of Music Mental Health Education among Middle School students We need to reform the current mode of mental health education in the real sense from three aspects: school, family and society. We must fully strengthen the multi-directional connection between music and mental health education. Based on the music classroom and with the means of music therapy, we must strive to promote the development of various practical activities inside and outside the school. In order to promote the rapid development of music mental health education.
