【摘要】：從古至今，，技能遷移一直是教育界所關(guān)注的主題。然而傳統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)在促進(jìn)技能遷移的過(guò)程中，存在著技能遷移情境難以創(chuàng)設(shè)、技能遷移訓(xùn)練手段單一等不足。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題，虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)可彌補(bǔ)這些不足，并有著技能遷移情境易創(chuàng)設(shè)、技能遷移訓(xùn)練手段多樣等優(yōu)勢(shì)。因此在虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境下構(gòu)建技能遷移的促進(jìn)策略，將是非常有意義的研究。 針對(duì)當(dāng)前虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境下技能遷移系統(tǒng)、技能遷移策略存在著一些問(wèn)題，本研究以技能遷移的影響因素—情境為研究起點(diǎn)，并以情境遷移理論、基于情境理論的技能遷移模式、職業(yè)技能遷移教學(xué)模型等理論，作為構(gòu)建策略的理論基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí)還考慮了智慧技能的遷移、虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境的特殊性等因素，構(gòu)建了虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境下技能遷移的促進(jìn)策略：?jiǎn)栴}情境創(chuàng)設(shè)策略、情境識(shí)別策略、情境反思策略。然后設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)了策略應(yīng)用案例系統(tǒng)—危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品搶險(xiǎn)救災(zāi)系統(tǒng)，并闡述了系統(tǒng)、策略的實(shí)現(xiàn)。最終經(jīng)過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查與教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)的開(kāi)發(fā)，對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)，并驗(yàn)證策略的有效性。
[Abstract]:From ancient to present, skill transfer has been the focus of education. However, in the process of promoting skill transfer, the traditional training has some shortcomings, such as difficult to create skills transfer situation, single skill transfer training means, and so on. Virtual reality technology can make up for these shortcomings, and has the advantages of easy creation of skill transfer situation and diverse training means, etc. Therefore, it is very meaningful to study how to construct the promotion strategy of skill transfer in virtual reality environment. There are some problems in skill transfer strategies in the current virtual reality environment. This study takes context as the starting point and situational transfer theory as the starting point. The skills transfer model based on situational theory and the teaching model of vocational skill transfer are taken as the theoretical basis of the construction strategy. At the same time, the factors such as the transfer of wisdom and skills, the particularity of virtual reality environment, and so on, are taken into account. The promotion strategies of skill transfer in virtual reality environment are constructed, such as problem situation creation strategy, situational identification strategy, situational reflection strategy, and then the strategy application case system-dangerous chemicals rescue system is designed and developed. Finally, the system is evaluated by questionnaire survey and teaching experiment, and the effectiveness of the strategy is verified.
