中小學(xué)班主任實施心理健康教育的現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

【摘要】:班主任從事心理健康教育和心理輔導(dǎo),,是一個嶄新的課題。班主任重視學(xué)生心理健康教育是順應(yīng)社會發(fā)展趨勢的必然,是新時期賦予班主任的新職責(zé)。江澤民同志曾指出:“一個民族的新一代沒有強(qiáng)健的體魄和良好的心理素質(zhì),這個民族就沒有力量,就不可能屹立于世界民族之林。”①《中共中央、國務(wù)院關(guān)于深化教育改革全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的決定》明確指出要“加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的心理健康教育,艱苦奮斗的精神,增強(qiáng)青少年適應(yīng)社會生活的能力”。②為此,國家教育部發(fā)出《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)中小學(xué)心理健康教育的若干意見》,文件明確要求中小學(xué)應(yīng)逐步開展心理健康教育。關(guān)注學(xué)生的心理健康,需要整個社會、家庭、學(xué)校來共同努力,而學(xué)校作為教育、培養(yǎng)人才的專門機(jī)構(gòu),又肩負(fù)特別的使命。學(xué)校的所有教職工都應(yīng)當(dāng)擔(dān)負(fù)起塑造學(xué)生心靈的工作,特別是班主任,在學(xué)生心理健康教育過程中有著特殊地位,具有不可替代的作用,新的歷史時期要求班主任必須重視學(xué)生的品格、志向、情感、個性等心理素質(zhì)的培育。本文著重闡述班主任從事心理健康教育的獨特優(yōu)勢,并就班主任從事心理健康教育的途徑作些初淺的分析研究,提出以班主任為主要力量,全體教師共同參與的學(xué)校心理健康教育運行機(jī)制,希望能對從事學(xué)校心理健康教育研究工作的同仁們起到拋磚引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:The teacher is engaged in mental health education and psychological counseling, is a new topic. The psychological health education is bound to follow the trend of social development, is the new period to give a new responsibility. Comrade Jiang Zemin once said: "a nation of the new generation has no strong physique and good psychological quality, this nation there is no strength, could not stand among the nations of the world." "the CPC Central Committee, the State Council on deepening education reform and promoting quality education decision > clearly pointed out the need to strengthen the students' psychological health education, the spirit of hard work, enhance their ability to adapt to the" social life. Therefore, the national Ministry of Education issued "on the strengthening of primary and secondary school mental health education several opinions > document clearly requires schools to carry out mental health education. Pay attention to the psychological health of the students, to the whole A social, family, school to work together, and as school education, specialized agencies, personnel training, and shoulder the special mission. All the staff of the school should assume mold students' minds, especially teachers, has a special status in the process of students' mental health education, has an irreplaceable role the new historical period, class teachers must pay attention to students' character, ambition, emotion, cultivating personality and other psychological quality. This article focuses on the unique advantages in mental health education, and the teacher in the way of psychological health education to make some analysis and research of the preliminary, proposed to the teacher as the main force, the participation of all the teachers the psychological health education of the school running mechanism, hoping to play the role in the school mental health education research work colleagues.
