壯族與漢族高年級小學生抑郁狀況的比較研究與教育啟示

【摘要】:近年國內外的許多相關研究表明:兒童抑郁患病率呈上升和年齡偏小化趨勢。盡管近年來兒童抑郁障礙研究逐漸成為人們研究的熱點,在抑郁病因學、發(fā)生機制、影響因素、預防及干預等方面也取得了可喜成果,但是專門針對高年級小學生抑郁的研究還是很少,特別是對農(nóng)村壯族和漢族高年級小學生的抑郁對比研究更少。因此本研究選取廣西桂平壯族和漢族高年級小學生為被試,,以師生關系為自變量,小學生抑郁癥狀為因變量,采用方差分析、相關、回歸統(tǒng)計方法,探討兩者的狀況和關系,并將結果做了壯族和漢族間的比較。通過研究獲得了以下結論: (1)兒童抑郁量表具有較高的信度,適合壯族和漢族小學生使用。 (2)壯族和漢族高年級小學生的抑郁癥狀檢出率處于已有報告的中等水平,應引起教育工作者的關注。 (3)在抑郁總得分上顯示漢族小學生得分顯著高于壯族小學生得分。應針對不同民族小學生抑郁癥狀的具體特點,開展有針對性的干預活動,才能取得較好的效果。 (4)要預防和減少小學生抑郁癥狀,關鍵在于建立良好的師生關系,其次針對不同民族兒童抑郁特點,開展有針對性的干預活動。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many related studies at home and abroad have shown that the prevalence rate of depression in children is on the rise and the tendency of age is small. Although in recent years, the research on depressive disorders in children has gradually become a hot topic, in the etiology, mechanism, influencing factors of depression. Encouraging results have also been achieved in prevention and intervention, but there have been few studies on depression in senior primary school students. Especially the comparative study on depression of rural Zhuang and Han high grade pupils is less. Therefore, this study selected Guangxi Guiping Zhuang and Han senior primary school students as subjects, taking teacher-student relationship as independent variable, primary school students' depression as dependent variable, and the relationship between teachers and students as independent variables, and the depression symptoms of primary school students as dependent variables. By means of variance analysis, correlation and regression statistical method, this paper discusses the status and relationship of the two, and compares the results between Zhuang and Han nationality. The following conclusions are obtained through the study:. The child depression scale has high reliability and is suitable for primary school students of Zhuang nationality and Han nationality. (2) the prevalence rate of depression in Zhuang and Han high grade pupils is at the middle level, which should be paid attention to by educators. 3) the total score of depression showed that the score of Han pupils was significantly higher than that of Zhuang pupils, and the intervention activities should be carried out according to the specific characteristics of depression symptoms of pupils of different nationalities in order to achieve better results. 4) in order to prevent and reduce the depressive symptoms of primary school students, the key lies in establishing a good teacher-student relationship. Secondly, aiming at the depressive characteristics of children of different nationalities, we should carry out targeted intervention activities.
