【摘要】：弗吉尼亞州家鄉(xiāng)教師項(xiàng)目從農(nóng)村生源中挑選志愿從事農(nóng)村教學(xué)工作的學(xué)生作為培養(yǎng)對(duì)象,其培養(yǎng)過(guò)程貫穿高中階段、威斯維爾社區(qū)學(xué)院階段和拉得福大學(xué)階段,大學(xué)合格畢業(yè)后,這些學(xué)生被分配到相關(guān)農(nóng)村學(xué)校。這一模式在美國(guó)多個(gè)州推廣,并在培養(yǎng)和保障農(nóng)村教師方面取得了較好的成效。結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)際,可得出如下啟示:農(nóng)村教師的招募與保留及其職后的工作質(zhì)量等與職前培養(yǎng)關(guān)系密切;從農(nóng)村學(xué)生到農(nóng)村教師的模式,能有效保障農(nóng)村教師數(shù)量和質(zhì)量,其實(shí)施要因地制宜;完善農(nóng)村教師保障機(jī)制需要政府、社會(huì)力量等在經(jīng)費(fèi)、相關(guān)制度等上的傾斜與支持。
[Abstract]:The Virginia Home teacher Program selects students who volunteer to teach in rural areas from among rural students, and the training process runs through the senior high school stage, the Wesville Community College stage and the Ludford University stage. After graduating from college, these students are assigned to relevant rural schools. This model has been popularized in many states of the United States, and has achieved good results in training and protecting rural teachers. The following revelations can be obtained: the recruitment and retention of rural teachers and the quality of their work after service are closely related to pre-service training; The mode from rural students to rural teachers can effectively guarantee the quantity and quality of rural teachers, and its implementation should be adapted to local conditions; Improving the rural teacher security system needs the support of the government, social forces and so on on the funds and related systems.
