【摘要】：本研究采用開放式訪談,在扎根理論資料分析的基礎(chǔ)上,采用三級編碼,對大學生職業(yè)生涯探索的過程及影響因素進行考察。結(jié)果如下:大學生職業(yè)生涯探索的過程是個體追求自我發(fā)展與現(xiàn)實選擇之間不斷協(xié)調(diào)的過程,主要體現(xiàn)為以下7個方面:自我探索、環(huán)境探索、自我-環(huán)境匹配度探索、探索信念、探索意向、探索技能和探索情緒。影響大學生職業(yè)生涯探索的因素主要有:個體對大學功能及職業(yè)生涯所持的信念、家庭的主客觀環(huán)境、自我責任感、同伴、教師和大眾傳媒等。
[Abstract]:This study used open-ended interviews, based on the analysis of grounded theory data, using three levels of encoding, to explore the process and effect factors of occupation career of college students were investigated. The results are as follows: the process of occupation career exploration of college students is the pursuit of individual self development and the reality of the choice between the coordination process, mainly the following 7 aspects: self exploration, environment exploration, self - environment matching exploration, exploration of faith, explore the intention of exploration skills and exploring the emotions. Explore the impact factors of College Students' occupation career are: individual hold on the function of University and occupation career beliefs, subjective and objective family environment, self responsibility, peers, teachers and the public the media and so on.
