【摘要】：中國和美國每年都會通過《政府工作報告》或《國情咨文》傳達出政府的各種意志,包括對教育的意志。從中國的《政府工作報告》和美國的《國情咨文》可以看出,中美兩國在教育存量、教育增量、教育投入和教育貢獻等指標上存在巨大差距;通過對兩國政府年度報告中關于教育的文獻數(shù)量比、關鍵詞匯和修辭色彩及強調重點等文本形式加以比對,可以理清兩國在教育地位、教育發(fā)展重點、教育價值訴求和教育調控手段上的同構與殊異。
[Abstract]:Each year, China and the United States communicate the will of the government through the Government work report or the State of the Union address. Including the will to education. From China's "Government work report" and the United States "State of the Union" can be seen, China and the United States in the education stock, education increment. There is a huge gap in the indicators of educational input and educational contribution. By comparing the two governments' annual reports on the quantity of educational documents, the key words and rhetorical colors, and the emphasis on the text form, we can clarify the educational status and the educational development focus of the two countries. The isomorphism and difference of educational value demand and educational regulation and control means.
