【摘要】:模具是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),每年社會(huì)需求大量的模具專業(yè)人才。在計(jì)算機(jī)高速發(fā)展的今日,如何利用現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)構(gòu)建新型的實(shí)訓(xùn)平臺(tái),以達(dá)到更快捷、更穩(wěn)定、更安全的培養(yǎng)模具專業(yè)人才成為一個(gè)必要的研究課題。本人采用虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)(Virtual Reality,簡稱VR)構(gòu)建了虛擬模具裝配車間這款軟件。 虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)可以搭建互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái),其在實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)、遠(yuǎn)程教育、職業(yè)培訓(xùn)及科學(xué)研究等方面,呈現(xiàn)出了重要作用。目前虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)受到普遍重視,并在不同領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用。它擁有的共享性、高效性、交互性、自主性、開放性、協(xié)作性、真實(shí)性、沉浸性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、安全性等軟件特色。在社會(huì)推廣的短時(shí)間內(nèi)就受到各方面一致好評(píng)。匹配全新的三維立體眼鏡,可以通過已經(jīng)普及的三維顯示器,讓用戶進(jìn)入空間立體世界,讓你在想到的,但現(xiàn)實(shí)中無法完成的教學(xué)方法或模式得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。 此次論文在調(diào)研了國內(nèi)外虛擬技術(shù)應(yīng)用的基礎(chǔ)上,首次將虛擬技術(shù)應(yīng)用于模具技術(shù)的開發(fā)與研究,并組織專家組深入討論了構(gòu)建虛擬實(shí)訓(xùn)平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的各種技術(shù)解決方案,綜合比較后確定了構(gòu)建模具拆裝車間虛擬實(shí)訓(xùn)室的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法和開發(fā)路線;赩irtools三維軟件開發(fā)平臺(tái),利用C++語言編寫VSL腳本模塊并使用多種軟件搭配使用實(shí)現(xiàn)擴(kuò)展技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,在虛擬實(shí)訓(xùn)室中構(gòu)建了模具車間參觀模塊、天車的使用模塊、試模機(jī)操作模塊、翻模機(jī)操作模塊等六個(gè)實(shí)訓(xùn)模塊,模塊之間可進(jìn)行多參數(shù)選擇、多層數(shù)據(jù)傳遞、實(shí)時(shí)交互及信息采集。最終實(shí)現(xiàn)軟件對操作者的能力反饋及評(píng)價(jià)的《虛擬模具拆裝車間》。 本論文開發(fā)的效果逼真,虛擬程度高,交互操作方式多樣。優(yōu)化的數(shù)據(jù)讓計(jì)算機(jī)擁有更多的計(jì)算空間實(shí)現(xiàn)顯示效果,占用計(jì)算機(jī)存儲(chǔ)空間少。本軟件虛擬操作過程完整,已應(yīng)用于學(xué)校教學(xué)及部分模具企業(yè)培訓(xùn),為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)模具人才共計(jì)360人,節(jié)省學(xué)校及企業(yè)培訓(xùn)經(jīng)費(fèi)58萬元,軟件并留有開發(fā)端口,方便后期技術(shù)升級(jí)改造。
[Abstract]:The mold is the pillar industry of modern industry, the annual social needs a lot of mold professionals. In the rapid development of the computer today, how to use the construction of a new training platform of modern computer technology, to achieve faster, more stable and safer mold professional training has become a necessary research topic. I use the virtual reality technology (Virtual Reality, referred to as VR) to build a virtual assembly workshop of this software.
Virtual reality technology can build the Internet platform, the remote education in the practice teaching, occupation training and scientific research, has an important role. The virtual reality technology is paid more attention, and has been widely used in different fields. Sharing, it has high efficiency, interactivity, autonomy, openness, cooperation sex, authenticity, immersion, economic, security and other characteristics of software. In a short period of time within the community to promote by all alike. 3D glasses, new, can through the three-dimensional display is popular, allowing users to enter the three-dimensional world, let you think of, but the teaching method unable to complete the reality or model can be achieved.
This paper based on the research of the domestic and foreign virtual technology application, the research and development of application of virtual technology in mould technology, and a group of experts discussed all kinds of technology to build a virtual training platform system solutions, after comprehensive comparison determine the implementation methods and development route of Gou Jianmo with disassembly virtual workshop training room. Virtools 3D software development platform based on VSL, using the C++ language to write the script module and the use of a variety of software applications using collocation extension technology, the virtual laboratory is constructed in mold shop visit module, use crane module, try machine operation module, mold machine operation module six training module, module can choose between multi parameter, multi data transmission, real-time interaction and information collection. The virtual mould assemble and ultimately software for operator feedback and evaluation. Workshop.
This paper develops a lifelike virtual high degree of interaction forms. The optimized data let the computer has more computing space display effect, occupy less storage space. The computer software of virtual operation process, has been applied in school teaching and part of the mold enterprise to cultivate talent training, a total of 360 people die, save the school and enterprise training funds 580 thousand yuan, the software development and leave port, upgrading the convenience of technology.
