【摘要】：社會的發(fā)展使得教育和學習逐漸突破學校教育的框架,滲透到人類生活的各種場景與各個階段。如何從教育評價與測量的角度,將這些教育和學習進行規(guī)范化的評價與認證,從而進一步促進人們不斷地投入到更加深入的學習中,以實現(xiàn)終生學習。而先前學習評價的廣泛應用與快速,逐漸被認為是解決上述問題的有效途徑。先前學習評價能夠將成人學習者的非正式學習所獲得知識與技能轉化為學分,促使更多在職成人回歸學歷教育,因為使先前學習評價逐漸成為世界各國成人教育領域與終身學習領域廣泛采用的評價方式。本文從先前學習評價的概念入手,通過介紹湯姆遜大學開放學習部先前學習評價的實踐經(jīng)驗,結合我國學分銀行建設,從必要性、可行性以及可能遇到的挑戰(zhàn)等方面,討論在我國學分銀行建設中應用先前學習評價,以便能夠實現(xiàn)非正式學習和正式學習之間的溝通。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, education and learning gradually break through the framework of school education, permeate into all kinds of scenes and stages of human life. How to evaluate and measure from the angle of education. These education and learning will be standardized evaluation and certification, so as to further promote people to continue to invest in more in-depth learning, in order to achieve lifelong learning. It is gradually considered as an effective way to solve the above problems. The previous learning evaluation can transform the knowledge and skills acquired by the non-formal learning of adult learners into credits, and promote more in-service adults to return to academic education. Because the former learning evaluation has gradually become a widely used evaluation method in the field of adult education and lifelong learning all over the world, this paper starts with the concept of previous learning evaluation. Through the introduction of the practical experience of the previous learning evaluation in the Open Learning Department of Thomson University, combining with the construction of the credit bank in China, the paper discusses the necessity, feasibility and possible challenges. This paper discusses the application of previous learning evaluation in the construction of credit bank in China so as to realize the communication between informal learning and formal learning.
