【摘要】：研究目的:基于國學(xué)思想視域下,對儒家傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生思想的內(nèi)涵進行分析,探尋出其對現(xiàn)代養(yǎng)生的啟示意義,從而體現(xiàn)出儒家養(yǎng)生思想的現(xiàn)代價值,旨在為現(xiàn)代養(yǎng)生的發(fā)展提供參考。研究方法:文獻資料法、邏輯分析法。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:通過"主氣論、陰陽說;動靜論、中庸說;理欲觀、五行說"為線索,牽引出儒家傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生思想對現(xiàn)代養(yǎng)生的啟示意義:對缺乏體力活動行為、飲食相關(guān)行為、物質(zhì)、精神成癮行為、心理健康及生活習(xí)慣相關(guān)行為的啟示意義,從而探尋出儒家傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生思想中勞逸有度、形神兼養(yǎng)、動靜結(jié)合、身心和諧、理欲協(xié)調(diào)的現(xiàn)代價值。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to analyze the connotation of Confucian traditional health thinking based on the view of national science, to explore its enlightenment to modern health, and to reflect the modern value of the thought of Confucian health care, and to provide reference for the development of modern health care. The theory of yin and Yang, the theory of movement and silence, the doctrine of the doctrine of the mean, the view of reason and desire, and the five lines of theory, draw the inspiration of the Confucian traditional health care to the modern health care: the Enlightenment of the lack of physical activity, dietary related behavior, material, mental addiction, mental health and life habits, so as to find out the Confucian traditional health care thought. The modern value of harmony between work and leisure, combination of form and spirit, harmony of movement and harmony, harmony between body and mind, harmony of reason and desire.
