一項(xiàng)關(guān)于職前英語教師教育實(shí)習(xí)期間反思的研究

教學(xué)反思作為促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)成長、實(shí)現(xiàn)有效教學(xué)的重要環(huán)節(jié),受到越來越多國內(nèi)外教育界和教育研究界的關(guān)注。鑒于教學(xué)反思在教育中的重要角色,作為即將步入教師行業(yè)的職前教師理應(yīng)提升自己的教學(xué)反思水平以及教學(xué)反思層次,以期成為更優(yōu)秀的反思型教師。當(dāng)前,國內(nèi)外關(guān)于教學(xué)反思的研究大多側(cè)重于理論探討,很少有實(shí)證研究涉及到教師教學(xué)反思的現(xiàn)狀。在關(guān)于教學(xué)反思的一系列研究中,大多數(shù)都是關(guān)于反思性教學(xué)對于在職教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的影響研究,尤其是對于大學(xué)教師,對職前老師教學(xué)反思的研究并不多見,尤其是職前老師在實(shí)習(xí)期間的教學(xué)反思研究更是匱乏。為了彌補(bǔ)這方面研究的不足,本研究以華中師范大學(xué)54名英語教育碩士為研究對象,通過問卷、半結(jié)構(gòu)化訪談和教學(xué)反思日志的形式對職前英語教師在實(shí)習(xí)期間的反思進(jìn)行探究,以期為反思型英語教師的培養(yǎng)提供一些可行性的建議。研究主要圍繞以下三個研究問題展開:1.職前英語教師在實(shí)習(xí)期間的反思水平如何?2.職前英語教師在實(shí)習(xí)期間的反思層次是如何發(fā)展的?3.影響職前英語教師在實(shí)習(xí)期間的反思的因素包括哪些?研究的主要發(fā)現(xiàn)總結(jié)如下:1.在實(shí)習(xí)期間,職前英語教師群體反思水平一般,在六種反思維度中,職前英語教師的反思...
