教育實(shí)習(xí)對職前英語教師教學(xué)反思能力的影響研究

在后方法時(shí)代,教學(xué)反思已經(jīng)被當(dāng)作教師教育的一種模式,寫入多國教師職業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。教學(xué)反思被認(rèn)為是教師專業(yè)性的體現(xiàn),是解決教師工作中問題的最佳方法。如何培養(yǎng)和提高教師反思能力已經(jīng)成為教師教育的熱門話題。職前教師在實(shí)習(xí)期間面臨的問題是多種多樣的、充滿復(fù)雜性的和極具挑戰(zhàn)性的。因此,他們可能會依靠直覺和經(jīng)驗(yàn)開展教學(xué),導(dǎo)致其不能全面把握教學(xué)的實(shí)際情況;诖,教學(xué)反思已經(jīng)被納入許多職前教師教育項(xiàng)目的日程,引導(dǎo)職前教師反思自己的教師信念、生活經(jīng)歷、教育經(jīng)歷、人生觀等方面對其教學(xué)的影響。目前很多研究探討了如何在實(shí)習(xí)期間促進(jìn)職前教師反思能力的發(fā)展。這些研究偏向質(zhì)性研究,如個(gè)案研究、行動研究等,其研究媒介是反思日記,錄像視頻等。研究揭示了許多有利于職前教師反思能力發(fā)展的實(shí)踐。但這些研究都有研究對象少、研究方法單一等問題,很少有結(jié)合量化與質(zhì)性工具研究實(shí)習(xí)對職前教師反思能力影響的研究,尤其針對一個(gè)教師教育項(xiàng)目中的教育實(shí)習(xí)對職前教師反思能力的影響研究。本研究繼承了前人研究成果,并試圖通過采用反思問卷、反思日記和采訪的方法,研究實(shí)習(xí)對職前教師反思能力的影響,以及導(dǎo)致其產(chǎn)生變化的原因。主要包括以下三個(gè)研究問題:1)職前...
