H學(xué)院發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:眾所周知,民辦高等院校是適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展、改革開(kāi)放、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、企業(yè)改制、人員觀念、教育改革等因素而設(shè)立的高等學(xué)校,是社會(huì)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,也是教育本質(zhì)的回歸。在民辦高等教育如火如荼發(fā)展之時(shí),造就了民辦高校行業(yè)里的高速比拼,也促成了其跟公辦高校間的各種較量。概括來(lái)講,民辦高校在這方面沒(méi)有具備顯著的優(yōu)勢(shì)。同時(shí)面臨著長(zhǎng)期生存和持續(xù)發(fā)展的健康問(wèn)題,可以看出,對(duì)于它們而言,怎樣能摸索出一個(gè)利于自身長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展提升的前進(jìn)道路尤為關(guān)鍵和重要。在當(dāng)今形勢(shì)不斷變化的情況下,高校里的民辦教育應(yīng)該采取戰(zhàn)略性規(guī)劃,構(gòu)建完善內(nèi)涵,提高教學(xué)水平,取得優(yōu)勢(shì)以應(yīng)對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。H學(xué)院在1995年汽車(chē)中專(zhuān)的基礎(chǔ)上于2003年升格為高職院校,成為眾多高職院校中的一員。2014年升格為本科院校,成為轉(zhuǎn)型下的普通本科院校中的一員。H學(xué)院發(fā)展的快速發(fā)展是有目共睹的。近年以來(lái),民辦高校招生寒流擊心,困局四起。雖然民辦高校的招生危機(jī)表面上是在宏觀形勢(shì)變化的影響下,市場(chǎng)規(guī)律的體現(xiàn),但在本質(zhì)上,它是必然的產(chǎn)物,民辦高校必須定義發(fā)展思路和戰(zhàn)略選擇。在日漸深重的多種困局面前,本文以H學(xué)院為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理的理論和方法進(jìn)行思考、規(guī)劃和改革。運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理的理論和方法,在PEST分析法的指導(dǎo)下,來(lái)對(duì)H學(xué)院周?chē)恼伪尘昂头煞諊⒔?jīng)濟(jì)情況、技術(shù)水平以及文化狀況展開(kāi)討論;采用“五力模型”的方法,對(duì)行業(yè)所處的境遇進(jìn)行探究;在SWOT方法的指導(dǎo)下,對(duì)利于其自身發(fā)展以及不利于其自身發(fā)展的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn),機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行探討,最終給出了學(xué)院的未來(lái)發(fā)展計(jì)劃和戰(zhàn)略確定,從而提高品牌影響力。注重頂層設(shè)計(jì),加強(qiáng)內(nèi)涵建設(shè),推進(jìn)專(zhuān)業(yè)化管理,加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)代化融資,力挺營(yíng)銷(xiāo)招生等系列舉措來(lái)提升辦學(xué)質(zhì)量,規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn),圖持發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As we all know, private colleges and universities are established to adapt to social development, reform and opening up, market economy, enterprise reform, personnel concept, educational reform and other factors. It is not only the product of social development, but also the return of the essence of education. At a time when private higher education is in full swing, it has created a high-speed competition in the industry of private colleges and universities, and also contributed to all kinds of competitions between private colleges and universities. Generally speaking, private colleges and universities do not have significant advantages in this regard. At the same time, facing the health problems of long-term survival and sustainable development, we can see that for them, how to find a way forward that is conducive to their long-term development and promotion is particularly critical and important. Under the changing situation, the private education in colleges and universities should adopt strategic planning, construct and perfect the connotation, improve the teaching level and gain the advantage to cope with the competition. H College was upgraded to higher vocational college in 2003 on the basis of automobile technical secondary school in 1995, and became one of many higher vocational colleges. In 2014, it was upgraded to undergraduate college. Become a member of the transition of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities. The rapid development of H College is obvious to all. In recent years, private colleges and universities enrollment cold current hit the heart, four difficulties. Although the enrollment crisis of private colleges and universities is on the surface under the influence of the macro situation and the embodiment of the market law, but in essence, it is an inevitable product, private colleges and universities must define the development ideas and strategic choices. In the face of more and more serious difficulties, this paper takes H College as the research object, and uses the theory and method of strategic management to think, plan and reform. Under the guidance of PEST analysis, this paper discusses the political background and legal atmosphere, economic situation, technical level and cultural situation around H College by using the theory and method of strategic management, and probes into the situation of the industry by using the method of "five forces model". Under the guidance of SWOT method, this paper probes into the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges that are beneficial to its own development and its own development, and finally gives the future development plan and strategy determination of the college, so as to improve the brand influence. Pay attention to top-level design, strengthen connotation construction, promote professional management, strengthen modern financing, support marketing enrollment and other measures to improve the quality of running schools, avoid risks and maintain development.
