西南交通大學(xué)音樂專業(yè)學(xué)生就業(yè)能力研究

【摘要】:我國大學(xué)擴(kuò)招導(dǎo)致大學(xué)畢業(yè)生人數(shù)逐年增長。據(jù)我國教育部發(fā)布數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2016年全國高校畢業(yè)生765萬人,比上年增加16萬人,創(chuàng)下歷史新高。大學(xué)畢業(yè)生規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大雖然提高了大眾平均教育水平,但與此同時引發(fā)了大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題。與其它專業(yè)相比,我國藝術(shù)專業(yè)大學(xué)生就業(yè)情況更值得擔(dān)憂。麥可思發(fā)布的2012年和2013年《中國大學(xué)生就業(yè)報(bào)告》顯示,我國2011屆本科畢業(yè)半年后的失業(yè)率排在前兩位的專業(yè)分別為美術(shù)學(xué)(1.56%)和音樂學(xué)(1.5%),2012屆音樂表演專業(yè)本科生就業(yè)率為8.59%,處于就業(yè)率最低榜單上第二位。面對如此嚴(yán)峻就業(yè)現(xiàn)實(shí),如何在現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)上大力改善大學(xué)音樂專業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,就成為了高校的藝術(shù)教育工作者迫在眉睫的問題。我國不少學(xué)者對大學(xué)音樂專業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)方面進(jìn)行了分析和研究,但這些研究的內(nèi)容和形式還停留在就業(yè)指導(dǎo)、就業(yè)服務(wù)等經(jīng)驗(yàn)和理論層面,從就業(yè)能力角度來進(jìn)行分析的研究很少,并且缺乏相關(guān)實(shí)證研究,以至于所提出的相關(guān)建議并不具有針對性。本文以西南交通大學(xué)音樂專業(yè)就業(yè)實(shí)際情況為例,通過問卷調(diào)查及多元統(tǒng)計(jì)方法定量分析了畢業(yè)生就業(yè)能力的大小和影響因素,并提出具有針對性、符合實(shí)際情況的改進(jìn)方法和實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑,以提升音樂系在校學(xué)生的就業(yè)能力。本文的研究不僅豐富了相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域并且具有一定現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文的研究內(nèi)容由五部分組成。第一部分是論文的第一章,主要說明本文的選題背景和意義、研究方法和論文采取的研究技術(shù)路線。第二部是論文的第二章,交代了主要概念、借鑒的相關(guān)理論以及對已有相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)綜述。該部分的目的主要是在了解現(xiàn)有研究成果對就業(yè)能力以及構(gòu)成分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出本文對就業(yè)能力的定義及就業(yè)能力構(gòu)成要素,為下一步定量評價就業(yè)能力提供文獻(xiàn)支撐。第三部分是論文的第三章,根據(jù)已有研究成果,結(jié)合對學(xué)生和企業(yè)的訪談分析確定了音樂專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)能力構(gòu)成,并構(gòu)建了相應(yīng)的評價指標(biāo)體系,為下一步的問卷編制及分析提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。第四部分由第四章和第五章構(gòu)成,以西南交通大學(xué)為例對音樂專業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)能力進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,了解了該校音樂專業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)能力構(gòu)成中的不足之處,最后結(jié)合學(xué)生和教授訪談,分析了該校音樂專業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)能力不高的原因。并提出了提高西南交通大學(xué)音樂專業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)能力的建議和措施。第五部分是是論文的結(jié)論。該部分對論文的分析進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并指出了論文的研究不足。
[Abstract]:The expansion of university enrollment in China leads to the increase of the number of college graduates year by year. According to data released by China's Ministry of Education, 7.65 million college graduates nationwide in 2016, an increase of 160000 over the previous year, a record high. Although the expansion of the scale of college graduates has improved the average level of public education, but at the same time, it has led to the employment problem of college students. Compared with other majors, the employment situation of art college students in China is more worrying. According to the 2012 and 2013 Employment reports of Chinese College students released by Max, the unemployment rate of the 2011 undergraduate students in China ranked first six months after graduation in fine arts (1.56%) and musicology (1.5%). The employment rate of the 2012 major in music performance was 8.59%, ranking second on the lowest employment rate. In the face of such a severe employment reality, how to improve the employment situation of college music graduates on the existing basis has become an urgent problem for art educators in colleges and universities. Many scholars in our country have analyzed and studied the employment of college music graduates, but the contents and forms of these studies are still in the employment guidance, employment service and other experience and theoretical level, from the perspective of employability to carry out analysis is very few, and lack of relevant empirical research, so that the relevant suggestions are not targeted. Taking the actual employment situation of music major in Southwest Jiaotong University as an example, this paper quantitatively analyzes the size and influencing factors of graduates' employment ability through questionnaire survey and multivariate statistical method, and puts forward some improvement methods and realization ways with pertinence and in line with the actual situation in order to improve the employment ability of music students in school. The research in this paper not only enriches the related research fields, but also has certain practical significance. The research content of this paper consists of five parts. The first part is the first chapter of the paper, which mainly explains the background and significance of this topic, the research methods and the research technical route adopted in the paper. The second part is the second chapter of the paper, which explains the main concepts, draws lessons from the relevant theories and makes a literature review of the existing related research. The purpose of this part is to put forward the definition of employability and the constituent elements of employability on the basis of understanding the existing research results on the basis of the analysis of employability, so as to provide literature support for the next step of quantitative evaluation of employability. The third part is the third chapter of the paper. According to the existing research results, combined with the interview and analysis of students and enterprises, the composition of the employability of music graduates is determined, and the corresponding evaluation index system is constructed, which provides a theoretical basis for the next step of questionnaire compilation and analysis. The fourth part is composed of the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter. Taking Southwest Jiaotong University as an example, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the employment ability of the music graduates, understands the shortcomings in the composition of the employment ability of the music graduates of the university, and finally analyzes the reasons for the low employment ability of the music graduates of the university combined with the interviews between the students and the professors. Some suggestions and measures are put forward to improve the employment ability of music graduates from Southwest Jiaotong University. The fifth part is the conclusion of the paper. This part summarizes the analysis of the paper and points out the shortcomings of the paper.
