傳播與接受:跨文化傳播視角下來(lái)華留學(xué)生教育研究(1950-2015)

【摘要】:文化是民族文明的根基,是社會(huì)發(fā)展的歷史積淀和人文底蘊(yùn),也是國(guó)家制定對(duì)外政策的背景和動(dòng)力,隨著各國(guó)間的文化交流日益頻繁,文化愈來(lái)愈顯示出其特殊的外交功能,成為國(guó)際關(guān)系不可分割的部分。作為國(guó)際關(guān)系的一個(gè)特殊群體——外國(guó)留學(xué)生,是文化交流和跨文化傳播的主要對(duì)象?v觀中國(guó)65年來(lái)華留學(xué)生事業(yè)的發(fā)展歷史,在戰(zhàn)略定位、指導(dǎo)方針、運(yùn)行機(jī)制和實(shí)踐案例等方面都有著成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和殷鑒教訓(xùn),值得作全面考察和研究。本論文的研究思路是以文化外交為導(dǎo)向,跨文化傳播相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),以傳播學(xué)的“5W模式”為分析框架,圍繞“傳播知識(shí)、認(rèn)知中國(guó)”這一命題,以三個(gè)分析板塊(主體控制、媒介和內(nèi)容、受眾和效果)為主線,每個(gè)板塊以三個(gè)歷史階段(1950—1966、1973—1995、1996—2015)的不同發(fā)展變化,從宏觀到微觀進(jìn)行比較研究,通過(guò)時(shí)間與空間的結(jié)合,剖析建國(guó)65年來(lái)中國(guó)來(lái)華留學(xué)生教育事業(yè)的歷史變革。本論文分為緒論和正文。緒論主要說(shuō)明選題的緣起與意義,學(xué)界對(duì)本選題已有的研究成果,闡述本文寫作的基本思路和研究方法。論文正文分為五章。第一章對(duì)文化外交理論、跨文化傳播理論與傳播學(xué)“5W模式”之間的學(xué)理關(guān)系進(jìn)行解析,闡明研究來(lái)華留學(xué)生教育工作的理論依據(jù)和分析路徑,及其學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。第二章論述中國(guó)政府作為傳播主體決定了對(duì)傳播內(nèi)容的控制,對(duì)來(lái)華留學(xué)生教育發(fā)展發(fā)揮決定性指導(dǎo)作用,是跨文化傳播取得效果的關(guān)鍵因素。第三章分析高等院校作為社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)語(yǔ)境下的媒介“組織”,是貫徹政府方針政策的實(shí)踐者,在對(duì)來(lái)華留學(xué)生的跨文化傳播中發(fā)揮了傳授知識(shí)、管理服務(wù)的主要功能。第四章介紹和分析來(lái)華留學(xué)生(受眾)來(lái)源國(guó)多樣化、文化背景多元化和對(duì)中國(guó)文化的適應(yīng)性和融合度,即對(duì)傳播過(guò)程和效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估。第五章分析來(lái)華留學(xué)生教育對(duì)跨文化傳播理論的啟示,并提出相關(guān)政策建議。來(lái)華留學(xué)生教育是中國(guó)文化外交和跨文化傳播的重要內(nèi)容,其形式是“文化傳播”,核心是“價(jià)值認(rèn)同”;通過(guò)跨文化傳播推介中華文明走向世界,達(dá)到不同文明的互相溝通和價(jià)值認(rèn)同。這是本論文選題的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義所在。
[Abstract]:Culture is the foundation of national civilization, the historical accumulation and humanistic connotation of social development, and the background and motive force for the formulation of foreign policy by the state. With the increasingly frequent cultural exchanges among countries, culture has increasingly shown its special diplomatic function and become an inseparable part of international relations. As a special group of international relations, foreign students are the main object of cultural exchange and cross-cultural communication. Throughout the development history of Chinese foreign students in the past 65 years, there are successful experiences and lessons learned in strategic positioning, guidelines, operating mechanisms and practical cases, which are worthy of comprehensive investigation and study. The research idea of this paper is based on the theory of cultural diplomacy, based on the "5W model" of communication, focusing on the proposition of "spreading knowledge and recognizing China", taking three analytical sections (subject control, media and content, audience and effect) as the main line, and each plate taking the different development and changes of three historical stages (1950 / 196, 1973 / 1995, 1996 / 2015). This paper makes a comparative study from macro to micro, and through the combination of time and space, analyzes the historical changes of the education of Chinese students coming to China in the past 65 years since the founding of the people's Republic of China. This paper is divided into introduction and main body. The introduction mainly explains the origin and significance of the topic, the existing research results of this topic, and expounds the basic ideas and research methods of this paper. The main body of the paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter analyzes the theoretical relationship between the theory of cultural diplomacy, the theory of cross-cultural communication and the "5W model" of communication, and expounds the theoretical basis and analytical path of the educational work of foreign students coming to China, as well as its academic value and practical significance. The second chapter discusses that the Chinese government, as the main body of communication, determines the control of communication content and plays a decisive guiding role in the development of foreign students' education in China, which is the key factor to achieve the effect of cross-cultural communication. The third chapter analyzes that colleges and universities, as the media "organization" in the context of social structure, are practitioners who carry out the principles and policies of the government, and play the main functions of imparting knowledge and managing services in the cross-cultural communication of foreign students coming to China. The fourth chapter introduces and analyzes the diversification of the countries of origin, the diversity of cultural background and the adaptability and integration of Chinese culture, that is, the evaluation of the communication process and effect. The fifth chapter analyzes the enlightenment of foreign student education to cross-cultural communication theory, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions. The education of foreign students coming to China is an important part of Chinese cultural diplomacy and cross-cultural communication, its form is "cultural communication", the core is "value identity", and the Chinese civilization is promoted to the world through cross-cultural communication, so as to achieve the mutual communication and value identity of different civilizations. This is the theoretical and practical significance of this paper.
