【摘要】：中小學教師教育者是在中小學指導師范生見習、實習以及在新教師入職和發(fā)展中擔負培養(yǎng)任務(wù)的專家型教師。他們是教師教育的半邊天,有利于促成教師教育理論與實踐的無縫對接,提升其自身和高校教師教育者的專業(yè)發(fā)展。但在目前的實踐中,中小學教師教育者的專業(yè)發(fā)展卻遭遇到缺乏專業(yè)的理論自覺、缺乏專業(yè)的身份認同感、缺少專業(yè)的教師教育者培訓、缺少專業(yè)的時間投入以及缺乏正確的專業(yè)評價引領(lǐng)等現(xiàn)實困境。鑒于此,應(yīng)采取以下舉措:培養(yǎng)職業(yè)性向,增強專業(yè)理想,提升專業(yè)認同;加強理論修養(yǎng),明確專業(yè)身份,促成專業(yè)自信;加強專業(yè)培訓,形成專業(yè)標準,持證上崗;搭建政策平臺,共建發(fā)展學校,促進專業(yè)協(xié)同。
[Abstract]:Primary and secondary school teacher educators are expert teachers who guide the probation and practice of normal school students in primary and secondary schools, as well as undertake the task of training new teachers in the entry and development of new teachers. They are half the sky of teacher education, which is helpful to promote the seamless connection between teacher education theory and practice, and to improve the professional development of teachers and educators in colleges and universities. However, in the current practice, the professional development of primary and secondary school teacher educators has encountered some practical difficulties, such as lack of professional theoretical consciousness, lack of professional identity, lack of professional teacher educator training, lack of professional time investment and lack of correct professional evaluation guidance and so on. In view of this, the following measures should be taken: to cultivate professional orientation, enhance professional ideals and enhance professional identity; strengthen theoretical cultivation, clarify professional identity and promote professional self-confidence; strengthen professional training, form professional standards, take up posts with certificates; build policy platforms, jointly build and develop schools, and promote professional coordination.
