【摘要】：在研究教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中,人們不僅關(guān)注了教師應(yīng)具備的理論性知識,更著眼于教師自身特有的實踐性知識。這種受個人的經(jīng)歷、意識、風(fēng)格及行為方式的影響,帶有明顯的情境性、個體性的知識,提高了教師的專業(yè)地位,為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展奠定了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。對于師范生來說,追求并實現(xiàn)實踐性知識的生成和積累,不僅對今后的教學(xué)實踐有幫助,更體現(xiàn)了對教師專業(yè)化的自主性訴求。高師院校的師范生是未來教師的主要來源,他們的成長對未來的師資力量和教育趨勢的發(fā)展起著關(guān)鍵性作用。因此,師范生的實踐性知識理應(yīng)得到高度重視。此外,教育實習(xí)作為師范生培養(yǎng)期間最直接、最系統(tǒng)的教學(xué)實踐活動,是教師教育培養(yǎng)的重要組成部分,也是師范生實踐性知識生成的關(guān)鍵課程,對師范生實踐性知識的生成和積累有著至關(guān)重要的作用。因此,本文旨在通過對教育實習(xí)前后師范生實踐性知識的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查的結(jié)果比較分析,明確教育實習(xí)對師范生實踐性知識的影響。本文通過問卷法和訪談法,對師范生實習(xí)前后實踐性知識的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,具體通過對師范生自我的知識、課程的知識、一般教學(xué)法知識、學(xué)科教學(xué)法知識、學(xué)科內(nèi)容知識、關(guān)于學(xué)生的知識和反思的知識七方面情況的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查、比較和分析,再結(jié)合個人敘事的研究方法,探討教育實習(xí)前后師范生各個方面的實踐性知識發(fā)生的變化,明確教育實習(xí)對師范生實踐性知識產(chǎn)生的影響,并從數(shù)據(jù)和訪談內(nèi)容中發(fā)現(xiàn)師范生實踐性知識發(fā)展過程中存在以下問題:師范生獲取實踐性知識的途徑狹隘;師范生對教學(xué)活動態(tài)度不端正;師范生反思的主動性不高;部分知識實習(xí)前后無顯著性差異。在探究原因的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合研究結(jié)論和相關(guān)教育理論,從高師院校、實習(xí)學(xué)校和師范生自身三個方面出發(fā),提出師范生實踐性知識的生成和發(fā)展的策略,為培養(yǎng)出優(yōu)秀師資奠定堅實的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the process of studying teachers' professional development, people not only pay attention to the theoretical knowledge that teachers should have, but also focus on teachers' own unique practical knowledge. Under the influence of personal experience, consciousness, style and behavior, it has obvious situational and individual knowledge, improves the professional status of teachers, and lays a solid foundation for teachers' professional development. For normal students, the pursuit and realization of the generation and accumulation of practical knowledge is not only helpful to the teaching practice in the future, but also reflects the autonomy demand of teachers' specialization. The normal students in normal colleges and universities are the main sources of teachers in the future, and their growth plays a key role in the development of teachers and educational trends in the future. Therefore, the practical knowledge of normal students should be attached great importance to. In addition, educational practice, as the most direct and systematic teaching practice during the training of normal students, is an important part of teacher education and training, and is also a key course for the generation and accumulation of practical knowledge of normal students, which plays an important role in the generation and accumulation of practical knowledge of normal students. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to clarify the influence of educational practice on the practical knowledge of normal students by comparing and analyzing the results of the investigation on the present situation of practical knowledge of normal students before and after educational practice. Through questionnaire and interview, this paper investigates the present situation of practical knowledge of normal students before and after practice, specifically through the investigation, comparison and analysis of the present situation of students' knowledge and reflective knowledge in seven aspects: self-knowledge, curriculum knowledge, general teaching method knowledge, subject content knowledge, and knowledge of students' knowledge and reflection. This paper probes into the changes of practical knowledge of normal students before and after educational practice, clarifies the influence of educational practice on practical knowledge of normal students, and finds out from the data and interview contents that there are the following problems in the development of practical knowledge of normal students: the way for normal students to obtain practical knowledge is narrow; The attitude of normal students to teaching activities is not correct, the initiative of reflection of normal students is not high, and there is no significant difference between before and after some knowledge practice. On the basis of exploring the reasons, combined with the research conclusions and related educational theories, this paper puts forward the strategies for the generation and development of practical knowledge of normal college students from three aspects: normal colleges and universities, practice schools and normal students themselves, so as to lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of excellent teachers.
