當代大學生政治價值觀培育問題探究

【摘要】：政治價值觀是人們處理政治問題的基本立場、評價政治問題的基本標準、應對政治問題的基本態(tài)度,會外化為人們的政治參與行為,并對政治活動產(chǎn)生影響。政治價值觀作為價值觀的重要內(nèi)容,具有思想引領、情感激勵、行為引導和社會調節(jié)功能,是引領和保障社會核心價值觀的中堅力量。大學生作為國家核心人才資源,其政治價值觀是國家意識形態(tài)安全的頂梁柱、社會價值重構的主心骨、個人人格完善的導航星。對當代大學生的政治價值觀進行培育,是培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀的題中應有之義。國內(nèi)學者對大學生政治價值觀的研究,涉及歷史變遷、現(xiàn)狀、構成、影響因素等方面,取得了一定的成果,為本文的研究提供了思路和參考,但仍存在以下問題:關于大學生政治價值觀層次結構和發(fā)展規(guī)律的研究不夠深入;關于大學生政治價值觀培育環(huán)境的研究不夠系統(tǒng);對大學生這一特定群體政治價值觀特點的研究尚不全面;對大學生政治價值觀的培育缺乏系統(tǒng)性研究。國內(nèi)外相關研究的成果和不足為本文的研究提供了基礎和空間。本文在整理分析國內(nèi)外相關研究的基礎上,闡釋了大學生政治價值觀的有關概念,并解析了大學生政治價值觀的層次結構。正確的大學生政治價值觀應當包括堅定的政治立場、理性的政治評價和積極的政治態(tài)度,這三個層次共同構成了大學生的政治價值觀的培育目標。本文通過分析大學生政治價值觀的影響要素,歸納了大學生政治價值觀的形成過程:大學生在政治認知的基礎上,在政治學習與實踐中逐漸產(chǎn)生政治情感;政治情感又催化著政治認知不斷發(fā)展和完善,最終升華為政治意志,并外化為政治參與行為;大學生在政治參與中獲得的結果和反饋,又會反作用于政治認知、政治情感和政治意志,從而對大學生的政治價值觀產(chǎn)生影響。通過文獻研究、問卷調查及深入訪談,本文收集了具有較強的真實性、涵蓋性和代表性的第一手資料,分析并總結了當代大學生政治價值觀的現(xiàn)狀及特點:政治敏感性較強,但偶爾出現(xiàn)認知偏差;政治熱情較高,但存在消極、功利、冷漠傾向;政治立場普遍正確,但存在信仰迷茫;政治參與較少,且渠道單一、行為無序。通過對大學生進行個案研究,并對當代大學生政治價值觀存在的基本狀況進行分析,本文探討了當代大學生政治價值觀培育的機遇和挑戰(zhàn):馬克思主義在高校的指導地位為大學生政治價值觀培育夯實了思想基礎;社會主義核心價值觀的大眾認同和實踐為大學生政治價值觀的培育提供了社會基礎;我國傳統(tǒng)文化的優(yōu)秀基因為大學生政治價值觀培育奠定了文化基礎;高校思想政治教育顯著成果為大學生政治價值觀的培育筑牢了教育基礎;新媒體技術的快速發(fā)展為大學生政治價值觀的培育創(chuàng)造了新的載體和平臺。西方政治文化思潮試圖侵蝕大學生的政治價值觀;社會轉型期的諸多問題動搖著大學生的政治價值觀;傳統(tǒng)政治思想的消極因素影響著大學生的政治價值觀;紛繁復雜的網(wǎng)絡信息不斷沖擊大學生的政治價值觀。本文指出當代大學生政治價值觀培育的內(nèi)容:以國內(nèi)外形勢政策為重點的政治認知強化,以政治主旋律為核心的政治情感培育,以理想信念為主線的政治意志教育,以行為塑造為關鍵的政治參與引導;提出當代大學生政治價值觀的培育路徑:加強"兩課"建設,豐富大學生的政治理論知識;鼓勵政治參與實踐,營造積極的校園政治文化;樹立優(yōu)秀學生黨員典型,充分發(fā)揮榜樣示范作用;加強紅色網(wǎng)絡平臺建設,主動占領網(wǎng)絡教育陣地。
[Abstract]:The political values are the basic position of people to deal with the political problem, the basic standard to evaluate the political problem, the basic attitude to the political problem, the political participation of the people, and the influence on the political activities. The political values, as the important content of the values, have the function of ideological lead, emotional stimulation, behavior guidance and social adjustment, and are the backbone of leading and guaranteeing the core values of the society. As the core human resource of the country, the university students are the top-and-pillar of the national ideological safety, the main body of the social value reconstruction, and the perfect navigation star of the individual personality. The cultivation of the contemporary college students' political values is the meaning of cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism. The study of the political values of the college students by the domestic scholars has made some achievements in the aspects of the historical change, the present situation, the composition, the influence factors and so on, and provides the thinking and reference for the research in this paper, but there are still the following problems: The research on the structure and development of the college students' political values is not in depth; the research on the cultivation environment of the college students' political values is not enough; the study on the characteristics of the political values of the specific group of the college students is not comprehensive; The lack of systematic research on the cultivation of college students' political values. The achievements and shortcomings of the relevant research at home and abroad provide the basis and space for the research in this paper. Based on the analysis and analysis of the domestic and foreign research, this paper explains the related concepts of the college students' political values and analyzes the hierarchy of the college students' political values. The correct political values of the college students should include the firm political position, the rational political evaluation and the positive political attitude, which together form the goal of cultivating the political values of the college students. Through the analysis of the influence factors of the college students' political values, this paper sums up the process of the formation of the political values of the college students. On the basis of the political cognition, the college students gradually develop the political emotion in the political study and the practice, and the political emotion is also catalytic to the development and perfection of the political cognition. The final sublimation is the political will, and it is transformed into political participation. The results and the feedback of the college students in the political participation will also react to the political cognition, the political emotion and the political will, so as to influence the political values of the college students. Through the study of the literature, the questionnaire and the in-depth interview, this paper has collected first-hand information with strong authenticity, coverage and representativeness, and analyzed and summarized the present situation and characteristics of the contemporary college students' political values: the political sensitivity is strong, but there are occasional cognitive biases; The political enthusiasm is high, but there is negative, utility and apathy; the political position is generally correct, but there is the confusion of the belief; the political participation is less, and the channel is single and the behavior is out of order. Through the case study of the college students and the analysis of the basic situation of the contemporary college students' political values, this paper discusses the opportunities and challenges of the cultivation of the contemporary college students' political values: The guiding position of Marxism in colleges and universities is the foundation of the cultivation of the college students' political values, and the mass recognition and practice of the socialist core values provide a social basis for the cultivation of the college students' political values; The excellent gene of Chinese traditional culture has laid a cultural foundation for the cultivation of the college students' political values; the significant achievements of the ideological and political education of the university are the foundation of the cultivation of the political values of the college students; The rapid development of new media technology has created new carrier and platform for the cultivation of college students' political values. The western political and cultural thoughts have tried to erode the political values of the college students, and many problems in the social transition have shaken the political values of the college students; the negative factors of the traditional political thought influence the political values of the college students; The complex network information constantly strikes the university students' political values. The article points out the contents of the cultivation of the political values of the contemporary college students: the political cognition strengthening with the focus of the domestic and foreign situation policies, the political will education with the core of the political main melody, the political will education based on the ideal and the belief as the main line, and the political participation guidance of the key political participation; The article puts forward the cultivation path of the contemporary college students' political values: to strengthen the "two classes" construction, to enrich the political theory knowledge of the college students, to encourage the political participation in practice, to create a positive campus political culture, to set up the typical of the excellent student party members and to give full play to the example of the example; Strengthen the construction of the red network platform and actively occupy the network education position.
