【摘要】：自黨的十八大以來(lái),法治中國(guó)成為時(shí)代主題。2014年10月,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在十八屆四中全會(huì)上提出全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó),建設(shè)具有中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)主義法治體系,建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家。大學(xué)生群體具有相對(duì)較高的科學(xué)文化素質(zhì),是中國(guó)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的核心力量。在全面依法治國(guó)新形勢(shì)下,大學(xué)生也是全面依法治國(guó)的重要主體,大學(xué)生的法律意識(shí)素養(yǎng)對(duì)推動(dòng)全面依法治國(guó)起著關(guān)鍵作用。當(dāng)前大學(xué)生群體整體上具備了一定的法律意識(shí),但還存在諸多問(wèn)題,比如部分大學(xué)生法律意識(shí)淡薄、法律知識(shí)缺乏、法律信仰缺失、法律思維淡漠,違法犯罪事件時(shí)有發(fā)生等。這些問(wèn)題影響了大學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng),不利于大學(xué)生順利融入法治社會(huì)。這些問(wèn)題的存在與當(dāng)前大學(xué)生法律意識(shí)培養(yǎng)方法存在不足之間有密切關(guān)系。在全面依法治國(guó)的新形勢(shì)下,改進(jìn)和完善大學(xué)生的法律意識(shí)培養(yǎng)方法能夠引導(dǎo)他們逐步形成健康、和諧的生活方式,并對(duì)他們將來(lái)的就業(yè)、工作方式及生活理念等產(chǎn)生直接或間接的深遠(yuǎn)影響。本論文以新形勢(shì)下全面依法治國(guó)為背景,針對(duì)大學(xué)生法律意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)方法問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了具體研究。論文首先闡述了全面依法治國(guó)與大學(xué)生法律意識(shí)之間的關(guān)系,接著就大學(xué)生法律意識(shí)的概念、內(nèi)涵以及加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生法律意識(shí)的必要性進(jìn)行了分析。然后以當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法律意識(shí)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),檢討了當(dāng)前我國(guó)大學(xué)生法律意識(shí)培養(yǎng)方面存在的諸多問(wèn)題與矛盾之處,并深入分析了問(wèn)題存在的原因。隨后也分析了國(guó)際和港澳臺(tái)地區(qū)在校大學(xué)生法律意識(shí)培養(yǎng)領(lǐng)域積累的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)。最后,在上述分析基礎(chǔ)上詳細(xì)探討了改進(jìn)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法律意識(shí)的具體培養(yǎng)方法與途徑。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the rule of law in China has become the theme of the times. In October 2014, the Communist Party of China proposed at the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee to comprehensively promote the rule of law according to law, build a socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics, and build a socialist country ruled by law. College students have relatively high scientific and cultural quality, which is the core force of socialist modernization in China. Under the new situation of ruling the country according to law, college students are also an important subject of ruling the country according to law, and the legal consciousness literacy of college students plays a key role in promoting the overall rule of law. At present, the group of college students has certain legal consciousness as a whole, but there are still many problems, such as the weak legal consciousness of some college students, the lack of legal knowledge, the lack of legal belief, the indifference of legal thinking, the occurrence of illegal and criminal incidents and so on. These problems affect the healthy growth of college students and are not conducive to the smooth integration of college students into the society ruled by law. The existence of these problems is closely related to the shortcomings of the current methods of cultivating college students' legal consciousness. Under the new situation of ruling the country according to law in an all-round way, improving and perfecting the methods of cultivating college students' legal consciousness can guide them to gradually form a healthy and harmonious way of life, and have a direct or indirect far-reaching influence on their future employment, working style and life concept. Based on the background of ruling the country according to law under the new situation, this paper makes a concrete study on the cultivation methods of college students' legal consciousness. This paper first expounds the relationship between the comprehensive rule of law and the legal consciousness of college students, and then analyzes the concept and connotation of college students' legal consciousness and the necessity of strengthening college students' legal consciousness. Then, based on the investigation data of the present situation of contemporary college students' legal consciousness, this paper reviews many problems and contradictions in the cultivation of college students' legal consciousness in our country, and deeply analyzes the causes of the problems. Then it also analyzes the experience and lessons accumulated in the field of legal awareness training of college students in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, this paper discusses in detail the concrete methods and ways to improve the legal consciousness of contemporary college students.
