【摘要】：智庫是國家軟實力的重要組成部分,高校智庫在服務(wù)國家和社會建設(shè)中扮演著重要角色。我國高校智庫建設(shè)需要直面困境與爭議,堅持正確的路向選擇:在提供外向服務(wù)的同時更要踐行人才培養(yǎng)的使命,知識的轉(zhuǎn)化與應(yīng)用要以理論創(chuàng)新為基礎(chǔ),在價值原則上既要以達成目標(biāo)為取向也要遵從內(nèi)在價值,在研究范式上重視實證調(diào)查。只有在不同的價值取向中進行合理調(diào)適,理順發(fā)展思路,高校智庫才能增強咨政能力,提高服務(wù)品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Think tank is an important part of national soft power, and university think tank plays an important role in serving the country and social construction. The construction of think tanks in colleges and universities in China needs to face up to difficulties and disputes, adhere to the correct direction choice: while providing extroverted services, we should practice the mission of talent training, the transformation and application of knowledge should be based on theoretical innovation, in principle, we should take achieving goals as the orientation but also abide by the intrinsic value, and attach importance to empirical investigation in the research paradigm. Only by reasonably adjusting and straightening out the development ideas in different value orientations can university think tanks enhance the ability of consulting and improve the quality of service.
