【摘要】：教授治學(xué)源于教授治校,是大學(xué)治理現(xiàn)代化的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。我國大學(xué)教授治校誕生于清末民初,通過追溯、梳理教授治校向教授治學(xué)的歷史演變,認(rèn)為教授治校(學(xué))經(jīng)歷了萌芽期、成長期、沉寂期、再生期四個(gè)階段,順應(yīng)了高等教育發(fā)展潮流和規(guī)律。以問題為導(dǎo)向,從我國文化傳統(tǒng)、政府宏觀管理、大學(xué)中觀管理、教授微觀治學(xué)等四個(gè)層面,剖析了當(dāng)前我國大學(xué)教授治學(xué)面臨的主要困境,提出多維度建構(gòu)教授治學(xué)制度的具體路徑:積極推進(jìn)簡政放權(quán),擴(kuò)大大學(xué)辦學(xué)自主權(quán);優(yōu)化內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu),健全學(xué)術(shù)組織體系;提高教授治學(xué)素養(yǎng),營造自由寬松環(huán)境;完善法律制度建設(shè),建立長效保障機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Professor learning originates from professor management, which is the key and difficult point of university governance modernization. The university professor of our country was born in the late Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China. By tracing back to the historical evolution of the professor's management of the school to the professor, it is considered that the professor's management of the school (study) has gone through four stages: the budding period, the growing period, the silent period and the reincarnation period. It conforms to the trend and law of the development of higher education. Based on the problem-oriented, this paper analyzes the main difficulties faced by the university professors in China from four aspects: the cultural tradition of our country, the macro management of the government, the meso management of the university, and the micro study of the professor. This paper puts forward the concrete ways to construct the teaching and learning system in many dimensions: actively promoting the decentralization of government power and expanding the autonomy of running a university; We should optimize the internal governance structure, perfect the academic organization system, improve the academic literacy of professors, create a free and loose environment, perfect the construction of the legal system, and establish a long-term guarantee mechanism.
