【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的今天,大學(xué)生參與社會經(jīng)濟活動的意識和行為逐步增強,在社會經(jīng)濟活動中的作用也越發(fā)明顯,大學(xué)生經(jīng)濟誠信不僅關(guān)乎國民文化素質(zhì),還關(guān)系到經(jīng)濟社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。研究大學(xué)生經(jīng)濟誠信問題,對于大學(xué)生誠信體系建設(shè)以及改善社會經(jīng)濟誠信問題具有較重要的現(xiàn)實意義和應(yīng)用價值。本文將“當(dāng)代大學(xué)生經(jīng)濟誠信問題”作為研究主題,以我國傳統(tǒng)的誠信思想、馬克思主義誠信思想以及社會主義核心價值觀蘊含的誠信思想作為理論指導(dǎo),綜合運用文獻分析法、系統(tǒng)分析法等研究方法,對我國當(dāng)代大學(xué)生經(jīng)濟誠信問題展開系統(tǒng)研究與分析。首先,本文對大學(xué)生經(jīng)濟誠信的相關(guān)概念進行了界定。指出經(jīng)濟誠信包含兩方面特性,其既是一種道德規(guī)范,同時也是一種制度倫理要求。大學(xué)生經(jīng)濟誠信包括信守契約、不惡意拖欠學(xué)費、及時償還貸款與信用卡、不編造虛假材料騙取國家助學(xué)金、不為了一己私利而損害他人與集體的利益等內(nèi)容。其次,分析了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生經(jīng)濟誠信的現(xiàn)狀,剖析了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生在經(jīng)濟誠信方面存在的問題,具體表現(xiàn)為經(jīng)濟誠信意識淡薄、經(jīng)濟誠信行為偏差,包含偽造貧困證明、有貸不還、拖欠學(xué)費、網(wǎng)絡(luò)欺騙和惡意消費信用卡等方面。并指出了這些問題不利于大學(xué)生自身的健康成長、不利于高校教育目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)、不利于社會的長遠發(fā)展等影響。再次,通過分析社會、學(xué)校、家庭等外部因素和大學(xué)生自身的內(nèi)部因素兩方面原因,指出社會經(jīng)濟誠信缺失的不良影響、社會輿論對大學(xué)生經(jīng)濟誠信問題的監(jiān)督不到位、大學(xué)生經(jīng)濟誠信教育不到位、大學(xué)生經(jīng)濟誠信的獎懲與評價機制不健全、家庭誠信教育薄弱、父母未能樹立良好的誠信榜樣六點外部因素,以及大學(xué)生未樹立正確的經(jīng)濟誠信觀、部分大學(xué)生為了個人利益最大化而放棄經(jīng)濟誠信、大學(xué)生對經(jīng)濟誠信認(rèn)知存在偏差三點內(nèi)部因素,共同導(dǎo)致了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生經(jīng)濟誠信問題。最后,結(jié)合實際提出大學(xué)生經(jīng)濟誠信問題的相關(guān)對策及建議。一是要發(fā)揮媒體的正向引導(dǎo)作用,加強信用監(jiān)督和管理。二是要發(fā)揮思想政治理論課的教育功能,營造良好的校園經(jīng)濟誠信氛圍,重視開展經(jīng)濟誠信知行合一的實踐活動,重視經(jīng)濟誠信榜樣的示范教育,強化學(xué)校對大學(xué)生經(jīng)濟誠信教育。三是家長要引導(dǎo)子女樹立正確的經(jīng)濟誠信觀,關(guān)心和督促子女的經(jīng)濟誠信行為,重視家庭經(jīng)濟誠信教育的作用。四是要引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生群體樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀,遵守經(jīng)濟誠信的行為規(guī)范,提高大學(xué)生自身的經(jīng)濟誠信道德修養(yǎng),從而構(gòu)成應(yīng)對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生經(jīng)濟誠信問題的對策體系。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy today, the consciousness and behavior of college students participating in social and economic activities are gradually enhanced, and their role in social and economic activities is becoming more and more obvious. The economic integrity of college students is not only related to the cultural quality of the people. It is also related to the sustainable development of economy and society. The study of college students' economic integrity is of great practical significance and application value for the construction of college students' honesty system and the improvement of social and economic integrity. This paper takes "the problem of economic integrity of contemporary college students" as the research topic, and takes the traditional thought of honesty and credit in our country, Marxist thought of honesty and credit and the thought of honesty and credit contained in the core values of socialism as the theoretical guidance. By using the methods of literature analysis and system analysis, this paper systematically studies and analyzes the economic integrity of contemporary college students in China. First of all, this paper defines the related concepts of economic integrity of college students. It is pointed out that economic integrity consists of two characteristics, which is not only a moral norm, but also a requirement of institutional ethics. The economic integrity of college students includes abiding to the contract, not maliciously defaulting on tuition fees, repaying loans and credit cards in time, not fabricating false materials to defraud state bursaries, and not harming the interests of others and collectives for their own personal interests. Secondly, it analyzes the present situation of the economic integrity of contemporary college students, and analyzes the problems existing in the economic integrity of contemporary college students, which are manifested in the weak consciousness of economic integrity, the deviation of economic integrity behavior, including the forgery of poverty proof and the non-repayment of loans. Defaulting on tuition fees, online deception and malicious consumption of credit cards and so on. It is pointed out that these problems are not conducive to the healthy growth of college students themselves, to the realization of educational goals in colleges and universities, and to the long-term development of society. Thirdly, by analyzing the external factors such as society, school, family and the internal factors of college students themselves, this paper points out the negative influence of the lack of social and economic integrity, and the supervision of public opinion on the economic integrity of college students is not in place. The economic integrity education of college students is not in place, the reward, punishment and evaluation mechanism of college students' economic integrity is not perfect, the family integrity education is weak, and the parents have failed to set a good example of honesty and credit six external factors. And college students do not establish a correct view of economic integrity, some college students give up economic integrity in order to maximize their personal interests, there are three internal factors in college students' cognition of economic integrity, which leads to the problem of economic integrity of contemporary college students. Finally, combined with the actual situation, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the economic integrity of college students. First, we should give full play to the positive guiding role of the media and strengthen credit supervision and management. Second, it is necessary to give full play to the educational function of the ideological and political theory course, create a good atmosphere of economic integrity on campus, attach importance to the practical activities of the integration of knowledge and practice of economic integrity, and attach importance to the demonstration education of the example of economic integrity. Strengthen the economic integrity education of college students. Third, parents should guide their children to establish a correct view of economic integrity, care for and urge their children's economic integrity behavior, and attach importance to the role of family economic integrity education. Fourth, it is necessary to guide the group of college students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, abide by the code of conduct of economic integrity, and improve the moral cultivation of economic integrity of college students themselves. Thus constitute the countermeasures system to deal with the problem of economic integrity of contemporary college students.
