【摘要】：英國里丁大學(xué)的學(xué)生服務(wù)與支持具有學(xué)生服務(wù)精細化、學(xué)生支持協(xié)同化、學(xué)生管理法治化、學(xué)生成長主體化等特征。借鑒其經(jīng)驗,用精細化的服務(wù)全面落實以人為本的理念,用法治化的思維倡導(dǎo)依法管理的實現(xiàn),用實踐育人理念推動學(xué)生主體意識的強化,用創(chuàng)新性的思路助力高等教育綜合改革的開展,推動我國高校學(xué)生工作的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The student service and support of Reading University in the United Kingdom have the characteristics of fine student service, student support synergy, student management legalization, student growth subjectivity and so on. Draw lessons from its experience, fully implement the people-oriented concept with fine service, advocate the realization of management according to law with the thought of rule of law, and promote the strengthening of students' subject consciousness with the idea of practical education. With innovative ideas to promote the development of comprehensive reform of higher education and promote the innovative development of student work in colleges and universities in China.
