【摘要】：隨著對高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育重要性認(rèn)識的深入,國家層面和學(xué)校層面逐步采取措施增強(qiáng)對高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的重視,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的開展得到了進(jìn)一步的推動。高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育開展的重要性主要表現(xiàn)在兩個(gè)方面,一是促進(jìn)學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè),創(chuàng)造新的工作崗位,有效緩解就業(yè)壓力,維護(hù)社會穩(wěn)定;二是注重對學(xué)生創(chuàng)新意識的激發(fā),培養(yǎng)符合社會要求的創(chuàng)新型人才,促進(jìn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)人才培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)。隨著“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新(雙創(chuàng))”號召的提出及在全國范圍內(nèi)的推進(jìn),高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的開展步入了新的發(fā)展階段。大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)與高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育之間的互動關(guān)系主要體現(xiàn)在:一方面,大學(xué)生是創(chuàng)業(yè)的主力軍,高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的開展拓寬了大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平與深度;另一方面,大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)背景下,全社會營造出了良好的創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境氛圍,為高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的開展帶來了機(jī)遇。同時(shí),大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)的開展對創(chuàng)業(yè)人才的要求更加嚴(yán)格和專業(yè),對高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展提出了新的要求。高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育只有積極回應(yīng)大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展帶來的機(jī)遇與提出的要求,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)更深層次的發(fā)展和更高水平的推進(jìn)。本文以大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)的時(shí)代背景為出發(fā)點(diǎn),通過搜集和閱讀文獻(xiàn)資料的方法,對創(chuàng)業(yè)教育在高校開展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了梳理,并對其開展過程中存在的主要問題進(jìn)行了分析并進(jìn)一步探析其原因。以當(dāng)前開展的現(xiàn)狀為現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),以新的背景對其發(fā)展提出的要求為時(shí)代要求,提出了營造良好的創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境、建立完善的課程結(jié)構(gòu)、建立專業(yè)的教師隊(duì)伍、完善創(chuàng)業(yè)教育支持體系的發(fā)展建議,以期對高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育向更高水平的發(fā)展與更深層次的完善有所啟迪。
[Abstract]:With the deepening understanding of the importance of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the national level and the school level have gradually taken measures to strengthen the attention to entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and the development of entrepreneurship education has been further promoted. The importance of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is mainly manifested in two aspects: one is to promote students to start their own businesses, to create new jobs, to effectively alleviate the pressure of employment, and to maintain social stability; Second, pay attention to stimulate the students' creative consciousness, train the innovative talents which meet the social requirements, promote the all-round development of the students, and realize the goal of cultivating the talents. With the call of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation (mass entrepreneurship and innovation)" and the promotion of all over the country, the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has entered a new stage of development. The interactive relationship between mass entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is mainly reflected in: on the one hand, college students are the main force of entrepreneurship, and the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities widens the development level and depth of mass entrepreneurship; On the other hand, under the background of mass entrepreneurship, the whole society has created a good environment for entrepreneurship, which brings opportunities for the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. At the same time, the development of mass entrepreneurship requires more stringent and professional entrepreneurial talents, and puts forward new requirements for the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Only by responding positively to the opportunities and demands brought about by the development of entrepreneurship in colleges and universities can we achieve a deeper level of development and a higher level of promotion. Taking the background of mass entrepreneurship as the starting point, this paper combs the current situation of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities by collecting and reading literature materials. And the main problems in the process of its development are analyzed and the reasons are further analyzed. On the basis of the current situation and the requirements of the new background for its development, this paper proposes to create a good entrepreneurial environment, to establish a perfect curriculum structure, and to establish a professional teaching team, which is based on the current situation and the requirements of the new background for its development as the requirements of the times. The suggestion of improving the supporting system of entrepreneurship education is expected to enlighten the higher level development and further improvement of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
