【摘要】：高校大學(xué)生正處在人生成長的關(guān)鍵時期。一方面知識體系搭建尚未完成,另一方面價值觀塑造尚未成型。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大環(huán)境下,大學(xué)生又極易受到各種不良思想的影響。而以大學(xué)生身邊的先進(jìn)典型來引領(lǐng)大學(xué)生,對他們的健康成長具有重要促進(jìn)作用。事實(shí)證明,選拔和樹立大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型,是思想政治教育中典型引路方法的具體實(shí)踐,是用典型的力量有效促進(jìn)大學(xué)生成為德才兼?zhèn)�、全面發(fā)展的人的好方法。但是,當(dāng)前高校大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型選樹出現(xiàn)了典型選拔方式不民主、典型示范性不足等問題,使得大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型的引導(dǎo)和示范作用呈弱化趨勢。因此,在現(xiàn)階段,如何進(jìn)行大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型選樹成為了高校德育研究所面臨的問題。為此,本文對此進(jìn)行了深入研究。論文共分四個部分:第一部分對大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型選樹的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行闡釋和界定,在此研究基礎(chǔ)上,提出典型選樹的馬克思主義理論、教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)和管理學(xué)理論支撐。并結(jié)合時代背景和高校思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀,提出了典型選樹的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。第二部分通過發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型認(rèn)知狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生愿意學(xué)習(xí)身邊的先進(jìn)典型、參與評選的意愿與行為存在反差、宣傳方式需要創(chuàng)新等。第三部分從宏觀層面總結(jié)大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型選樹的現(xiàn)狀,梳理出目前高校選樹的大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型分類趨于多樣化、選樹理念注重創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的成績,探究發(fā)現(xiàn)典型選樹仍存在選樹典型意識不強(qiáng)、選拔方式不民主、典型的示范性不足等問題,并進(jìn)一步分析得出原因。第四部分提出大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型選樹的六項原則、端正大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型選樹的態(tài)度、通過健全完善的先進(jìn)典型選樹機(jī)制方面來探索解決路徑,其觀點(diǎn)對目前高校思想政治教育起到一定借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:College students are in a critical period of life growth. On the one hand, the construction of knowledge system has not been completed, on the other hand, the shaping of values has not Under the environment of economic globalization, college students are vulnerable to the influence of various bad thoughts. To guide college students with advanced models around them plays an important role in promoting their healthy growth. Facts have proved that selecting and setting up advanced model of college students is the concrete practice of typical guiding methods in ideological and political education, and a good method to effectively promote college students to be both moral and talented and to develop in an all-round way with typical strength. However, at present, the typical selection methods of college students are not democratic and the typical demonstration is insufficient, which makes the guidance and demonstration function of the advanced typical college students tend to be weakened. Therefore, at the present stage, how to carry on the advanced typical tree selection of college students has become a problem faced by the moral education research institute of colleges and universities. For this reason, this paper has carried on the in-depth research to this. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part explains and defines the connotation of advanced typical tree selection of college students. On the basis of this research, it puts forward the support of Marxist theory, pedagogy, psychology and management theory of typical tree selection. Combined with the background of the times and the current situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the practical significance of selecting a typical tree. In the second part, through the investigation and analysis of contemporary college students' advanced typical cognitive situation, it is found that the college students are willing to learn the advanced typical models around them, the willingness to participate in the selection and the behavior of participating in the selection are different, and the propaganda methods need to be innovated and so on. The third part summarizes the status quo of college students' advanced typical tree selection from the macro-level, combs out the current college students' advanced typical classification of tree selection tends to be diversified, and pays attention to the achievements of innovation and entrepreneurship in the concept of tree selection. It is found that there are still some problems in typical tree selection, such as weak consciousness of tree selection, undemocratic selection mode, lack of typical demonstration, and further analysis of the reasons. The fourth part puts forward six principles of college students' advanced typical tree selection, corrects the attitude of college students' advanced typical tree selection, and explores the way to solve the problem by perfecting the mechanism of advanced typical tree selection. Its point of view to the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities play a certain reference significance.
