【摘要】：協(xié)同創(chuàng)新通過(guò)跨平臺(tái)協(xié)同重構(gòu)創(chuàng)新體系,推動(dòng)不同行業(yè)和組織之間知識(shí)的交換,實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新水平和人才質(zhì)量的同步提高。高校作為培養(yǎng)人才的主陣地,更需要將培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力提升至戰(zhàn)略高度。然而,當(dāng)前高校、社會(huì)、家庭及大學(xué)生自身都存在一些不利于協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的因素。為此,高校應(yīng)更新教育教學(xué)理念,加強(qiáng)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新型師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),搭建多元協(xié)同創(chuàng)新平臺(tái),增強(qiáng)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新宣傳力度,多渠道、全方位培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力。
[Abstract]:Collaborative innovation reconstructs the innovation system through cross-platform cooperation to promote the exchange of knowledge among different industries and organizations, and to achieve the simultaneous improvement of innovation level and talent quality. As the main position of cultivating talents, colleges and universities need to raise their ability of collaborative innovation to a strategic level. However, there are some factors that are not conducive to the cultivation of collaborative innovation ability in colleges and universities, society, families and college students themselves. Therefore, colleges and universities should renew the concept of education and teaching, strengthen the construction of collaborative and innovative teaching staff, set up a multi-level platform for collaborative innovation, strengthen the propaganda of collaborative innovation, multi-channel, and cultivate the ability of collaborative innovation of college students in all directions.
