高校教學(xué)信息資源共享存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》中明確提出要求把加快教育信息化進(jìn)程作為推動(dòng)教育改革發(fā)展的措施保障。高等教育應(yīng)結(jié)合自身的發(fā)展要求開(kāi)發(fā)數(shù)字化教學(xué)資源,促進(jìn)教學(xué)信息資源的共建共享,實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)教育的平衡發(fā)展。本文通過(guò)對(duì)高校教學(xué)信息資源共享存在問(wèn)題和對(duì)策的研究,旨在為高校教學(xué)信息資源共享明確發(fā)展前景和發(fā)展對(duì)策,促進(jìn)高校教學(xué)信息資源的共享,最終促進(jìn)高校教學(xué)水平的提升。本文主要從四方面對(duì)于教學(xué)信息資源共享存在的問(wèn)題和對(duì)策進(jìn)行研究。首先,本文對(duì)于教學(xué)信息資源共享的背景、目的以及研究的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義進(jìn)行了介紹。然后,通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的梳理,歸納出教學(xué)信息資源共享普遍的研究現(xiàn)狀和和問(wèn)題,在學(xué)者們對(duì)于教學(xué)信息資源共享已有的研究基礎(chǔ)上,確定本文所要研究的主要方向和核心概念。并根據(jù)研究背景和相關(guān)概念分析了高校教學(xué)信息資源共享的可能性。其次,本文運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和訪談法對(duì)我國(guó)高校教學(xué)信息資源共享的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,從認(rèn)識(shí)層面和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀層面進(jìn)行分析我國(guó)高校教學(xué)信息資源共享的現(xiàn)狀。并根據(jù)我國(guó)高校教學(xué)信息資源共享現(xiàn)狀,從高校自身、政府和區(qū)域三個(gè)角度探討制約高校教學(xué)信息資源共享的原因。最后本文提出促進(jìn)教學(xué)信息資源共享實(shí)現(xiàn)的對(duì)策,主要有:培養(yǎng)高校教學(xué)信息資源共享意識(shí);加強(qiáng)政府的有力領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和區(qū)域統(tǒng)籌建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:In the outline of the National medium-and long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan, it is clearly stated that accelerating the process of educational informatization should be taken as the guarantee of measures to promote the development of educational reform. Higher education should combine with its own development requirements to develop digital teaching resources, promote the co-construction and sharing of teaching information resources, and realize the balanced development of education in our country. Through the study of the problems and countermeasures in the sharing of teaching information resources in colleges and universities, this paper aims to clarify the development prospects and countermeasures for the sharing of teaching information resources in colleges and universities, and to promote the sharing of teaching information resources in colleges and universities. Finally, it will promote the improvement of teaching level in colleges and universities. This paper mainly studies the problems and countermeasures of the sharing of teaching information resources from four aspects. Firstly, this paper introduces the background, purpose, theoretical and practical significance of teaching information resource sharing. Then, through combing the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper sums up the general research status and problems of teaching information resource sharing, and on the basis of scholars' existing research on the sharing of teaching information resource, The main research direction and the core concept of this paper are determined. According to the research background and related concepts, this paper analyzes the possibility of sharing teaching information resources in colleges and universities. Secondly, the present situation of the sharing of teaching information resources in colleges and universities in our country is investigated by means of questionnaire and interview, and the present situation of the sharing of teaching information resources in colleges and universities in China is analyzed from the aspect of cognition and development. According to the present situation of the sharing of teaching information resources in colleges and universities in China, this paper discusses the reasons of restricting the sharing of teaching information resources in colleges and universities from three angles: universities themselves, governments and regions. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the realization of the sharing of teaching information resources, such as: cultivating the awareness of the sharing of teaching information resources in colleges and universities; strengthening the strong leadership of the government and the overall regional construction.
