【摘要】：高校創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師作為一個(gè)特定的專業(yè)群體亟需得到關(guān)注與承認(rèn)。通過(guò)對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師專業(yè)地位的確認(rèn),追尋對(duì)于這樣一個(gè)專業(yè)從業(yè)人員的資質(zhì)要求,并由此確定建立創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的必要。接著從創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的前提條件入手,探析創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師在理念、品質(zhì)、知識(shí)和能力四個(gè)方面的專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求:與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的教育理念、良好崇高的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、綜合廣泛的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)新的能力素質(zhì),以期對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育導(dǎo)師的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)要求達(dá)成較高程度的共識(shí),促進(jìn)社會(huì)對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師的認(rèn)可與尊重。
[Abstract]:As a specific professional group, college entrepreneurial mentors need to be paid close attention to and recognized. Through the confirmation of the professional status of the entrepreneurial tutor, the qualification requirements for such a professional practitioner are pursued, and the necessity of establishing the professional standard of the entrepreneurial mentor is determined. Then starting with the prerequisite of the professional standard of entrepreneurial tutor, this paper probes into the professional standard requirements of entrepreneurial tutor in four aspects: idea, quality, knowledge and ability: the educational idea of keeping pace with the times, good professional accomplishment, and so on. In order to reach a higher level of consensus on the requirements of professional literacy of entrepreneurial education instructors, the recognition and respect of entrepreneurial mentors in society are promoted by integrating a broad knowledge structure and developing innovative abilities and diathesis in order to achieve a higher level of consensus on the professional qualities of entrepreneurial education instructors.
