【摘要】：中國(guó)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型以及傳媒轉(zhuǎn)型期等背景下,新聞專業(yè)大學(xué)生對(duì)于新聞職業(yè)的態(tài)度也出現(xiàn)變化,這將影響他們畢業(yè)后的職業(yè)選擇以及工作滿意度。準(zhǔn)確認(rèn)知新聞專業(yè)大學(xué)生的職業(yè)態(tài)度及其影響因素,是新聞學(xué)院專業(yè)教育的基礎(chǔ)。本文借助扎根理論的研究方法,探索新聞專業(yè)大學(xué)生的職業(yè)態(tài)度及其影響因素,以提升新聞專業(yè)教育的針對(duì)性和教育效果。
[Abstract]:Under the background of Chinese social transformation and media transition, the attitude of journalism college students towards journalism profession also changes, which will affect their career choice and job satisfaction after graduation. Accurate understanding of the professional attitude of journalism college students and its influencing factors is the basis of professional education in journalism colleges. In order to improve the pertinence and effect of journalism education, this paper explores the professional attitude of journalism college students and its influencing factors with the help of the research method of rooted theory.
