【摘要】：針對(duì)現(xiàn)階段高校定位的無(wú)序、錯(cuò)位現(xiàn)象,本文從高校自生秩序角度構(gòu)建了高等學(xué)校定位綜合分析框架,將高等學(xué)校定位分為輸入、匹配、決策三個(gè)階段,并通過建立矩陣來分析各個(gè)階段的信息。在輸入階段,建立高校外部因素評(píng)析(EFE)矩陣、高校競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì)評(píng)析(CPE)矩陣和高校內(nèi)部因素評(píng)析(IFE)矩陣,以評(píng)析高校的內(nèi)外部關(guān)鍵信息;在匹配階段,建立高校優(yōu)勢(shì)-劣勢(shì)-機(jī)會(huì)-威脅(SWOT)矩陣、學(xué)院目前位置評(píng)估(CSE)矩陣和學(xué)院發(fā)展趨勢(shì)評(píng)估(CTE)矩陣,將高校的內(nèi)外部關(guān)鍵信息進(jìn)行匹配以產(chǎn)生諸多備選定位方略;在決策階段,建立高校定量定位規(guī)劃(QLS)矩陣,選擇出最佳定位方略。為保證高校定位分析框架的科學(xué)性,最后還對(duì)高校定位過程中應(yīng)注意的定性判斷、參與廣度、文化視閾和政治權(quán)術(shù)等問題進(jìn)行了討論。
[Abstract]:In view of the disorder and dislocation of university positioning at this stage, this paper constructs a comprehensive analysis framework of university positioning from the perspective of self-born order in colleges and universities, and divides the positioning of colleges and universities into three stages: input, matching and decision-making. And through the establishment of the matrix to analyze the information of each stage. In the input stage, the (EFE) matrix of external factors, (CPE) matrix and (IFE) matrix of internal and external factors are established to evaluate the internal and external key information of colleges and universities. In the matching phase, we establish the advantage-disadvantage-opportunity-threat (SWOT) matrix of colleges and universities, the (CSE) matrix of the current position of the college and the (CTE) matrix of the development trend of the college. Match the internal and external key information of colleges and universities to produce many alternative positioning strategies; In the decision-making stage, the (QLS) matrix of quantitative positioning planning in colleges and universities is established, and the optimal positioning strategy is selected. In order to ensure the scientific orientation analysis framework of colleges and universities, the qualitative judgment, participation breadth, cultural vision and political power, which should be paid attention to in the process of university positioning, are also discussed in the end.
