【摘要】：協(xié)同治理理論中所蘊(yùn)含的平等、多元、協(xié)商、合作等基本精神和理念要素,為實現(xiàn)研究生思想政治教育模式創(chuàng)新提供了有益的啟示和借鑒。認(rèn)為促進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)研究生思想政治教育模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,主要應(yīng)樹立協(xié)同理念、提升研究生的主體地位;打造協(xié)同結(jié)構(gòu)、實現(xiàn)管理組織扁平發(fā)展;整合協(xié)同資源、實現(xiàn)多元開放合作互動。
[Abstract]:The basic spirit and ideas of equality, pluralism, consultation and cooperation contained in the theory of collaborative governance provide useful inspiration and reference for the innovation of the ideological and political education mode of graduate students. It is considered that to promote the transformation of the traditional ideological and political education mode of graduate students, we should establish the idea of synergy, promote the subject position of graduate students, create the collaborative structure, and realize the flat development of management organization. Integration of collaborative resources, the realization of pluralistic, open and cooperative interaction.
