【摘要】：正當(dāng)前,人才流動特別是高層次人才流動呈現(xiàn)出新的特點(diǎn)。高等學(xué)校要為社會人才誠信建設(shè)起到引領(lǐng)、表率作用。教育主管部門有責(zé)任對人才流動中出現(xiàn)的不合理、非理性現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)、干預(yù)和制約。習(xí)近平總書記指出,辦好中國的事情,關(guān)鍵在黨,關(guān)鍵在人,關(guān)鍵在人才。人才是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的第一資源,綜合國力競爭說到底是人才競爭,我們比歷史上任何時(shí)期都更接近實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的宏偉目標(biāo),我們也比歷史上任何時(shí)期都更加渴求
[Abstract]:At present, the talent flow, especially the high-level talent flow, presents new characteristics. Colleges and universities should play a leading and exemplary role in the construction of social talents' integrity. The education department has the responsibility to guide, intervene and restrict the unreasonable and irrational phenomenon in the flow of talents. General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the key to doing a good job in China lies in the party and talent. Talent is the first resource for economic and social development. In the end, the competition for comprehensive national strength is talent competition. We are closer to the grand goal of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation than at any time in history, and we are more eager than any time in history to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
