【摘要】：國(guó)外高校創(chuàng)新教育注重提升大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì),將培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才嚴(yán)格滲透到教育的全過(guò)程,推動(dòng)教育事業(yè)的良性發(fā)展。這主要有以下四方面的啟示:一是培養(yǎng)理念層面,將"個(gè)性化"理念始終貫穿到創(chuàng)新教育中;二是培養(yǎng)途徑層面,重視社會(huì)實(shí)踐在創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)中的重要作用;三是教育政策層面,建立健全創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的資金與政策保障機(jī)制;四是育人環(huán)境層面,打造有利于創(chuàng)新人才成長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展的文化氛圍。
[Abstract]:Innovation education in foreign colleges and universities emphasizes the promotion of college students' comprehensive quality, and strictly permeates the whole process of education by cultivating innovative talents, thus promoting the benign development of education. This mainly has the following four aspects of enlightenment: first, cultivating the concept level, "individuation" concept throughout the innovative education; second, training the way level, pay attention to the important role of social practice in the training of innovative talents; Third, at the level of education policy, we should establish and perfect the guarantee mechanism of funds and policies for the cultivation of innovative talents, and fourth, create a cultural atmosphere conducive to the growth and development of innovative talents at the level of educating people.
