地方工科院校產(chǎn)教融合培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才路徑研究

【摘要】:在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會快速發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級,大學(xué)發(fā)展出現(xiàn)同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象,學(xué)生就業(yè)難等問題下,急需要高層次應(yīng)用型人才。部分地方本科院校向應(yīng)用型高校轉(zhuǎn)變,地方高校的轉(zhuǎn)型是我國教育領(lǐng)域當(dāng)前戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié),也是提高我國高等教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要手段,而以社會需求為導(dǎo)向通過產(chǎn)教融合培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才在其中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。地方高校在轉(zhuǎn)型的過程中,需要進(jìn)一步的深化好自己轉(zhuǎn)型的認(rèn)識、做到科學(xué)的定位、深化好綜合改革的手段、將服務(wù)企業(yè)、服務(wù)地方、對接行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)作為地方高校人才培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo),加強(qiáng)好與地方政府、企業(yè)合作的關(guān)系,形成一條合作共贏、共榮發(fā)展、特色大膽的人才培養(yǎng)新模式。新時期,對我國地方高校教育進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型,特別是地方工科院校,不僅有利于企業(yè)自身健康持續(xù)的發(fā)展,還有利于新常態(tài)下我國地方經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化與升級。本文從杜威的“從做中學(xué)”理論、陶行知的“教學(xué)做合一”理論、福斯特“產(chǎn)學(xué)合作”理論入手,對產(chǎn)教融合、地方工科院校、應(yīng)用型人才、人才培養(yǎng)路徑這四個概念進(jìn)行界定,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了我國地方工科院校產(chǎn)教融合培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才的現(xiàn)狀及影響要素,對德國“雙元制”、英國“三明治”、美國“CBE”、澳大利亞“TAFE”模式進(jìn)行詳細(xì)梳理,得出了國外產(chǎn)教融合培養(yǎng)人才成功模式對中國的借鑒與啟示。以黃淮學(xué)院和黑龍江工程學(xué)院為案例,分別論述了兩個學(xué)院的概況、基本理念、實施做法、成效、值得借鑒之處。在以上的基礎(chǔ)之上分別從教學(xué)理念、培養(yǎng)模式、師資建設(shè)、評估體系、保障體系、社會參與六個方面提出建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and society, the adjustment of economic structure and the upgrading of industry, the homogenization of university development and the difficulty of students' employment, high-level applied talents are urgently needed. The transformation of some local undergraduate colleges to applied colleges and universities is an important link of the current strategic development in the field of education in China, and it is also an important means to improve the teaching quality of higher education in China. Social demand-oriented training of applied talents through the integration of industry and education plays an important role in it. In the process of transformation, local colleges and universities need to further deepen their understanding of their own transformation, achieve scientific positioning, deepen comprehensive reform means, will serve enterprises, serve local areas, As the goal of cultivating talents in local colleges and universities, docking industry should strengthen the relationship with local governments and enterprises, and form a new mode of talent training with win-win cooperation, mutual prosperity and development, and bold characteristics. In the new period, it is not only beneficial to the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises, but also beneficial to the transformation of local economy and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure under the new normal, especially the local engineering colleges and universities. This paper starts with Dewey's theory of "from doing middle school", Tao Xingzhi's theory of "unity of teaching and doing", Foster's theory of "cooperation between industry and university", the integration of industry and education, local engineering colleges and universities, and applied talents. On the basis of the definition of the four concepts of talent training path, this paper analyzes the present situation and influencing factors of the integration of production and education in local engineering colleges and universities in China, as well as the "dualistic system" in Germany, the "sandwich" in Britain, and the "CBE" in the United States. The Australian "TAFE" mode is combed in detail, and the reference and enlightenment of the successful mode of foreign industry-education fusion training talents to China are drawn. Taking Huang-Huai Institute of Engineering and Heilongjiang Institute of Engineering as examples, this paper discusses the general situation, basic concepts, implementation practices and results of the two colleges, which are worthy of reference. On the basis of the above, suggestions are put forward from six aspects: teaching idea, training mode, teacher construction, evaluation system, security system and social participation.
