【摘要】：大學(xué)生是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的未來建設(shè)者和接班人,承載著國(guó)家的未來、民族的希望。大學(xué)生素質(zhì)的高低不僅直接關(guān)系到中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的構(gòu)建,更關(guān)系著國(guó)家能否快速實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的宏偉目標(biāo),而大學(xué)生思想政治教育正是培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)為合格接班人的重要途徑。然而,受當(dāng)今全球化趨勢(shì)的影響,大學(xué)生思想觀念與意識(shí)形態(tài)逐漸受到西方資本主義文化的沖擊。同時(shí),隨著中國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的開放以及日益多元化的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、就業(yè)方式、利益分配,給大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作帶來諸多新情況和新挑戰(zhàn)。黨的十八大報(bào)告明確指出:“把立德樹人作為教育的根本任務(wù),培養(yǎng)德智體美全面發(fā)展的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者和接班人�！边@一具有里程碑意義的論述,堅(jiān)強(qiáng)而有力地回答了“培養(yǎng)什么人、怎樣培養(yǎng)人”這一事關(guān)黨和國(guó)家前途命運(yùn)的問題,深刻詮釋了大學(xué)生思想政治教育的本質(zhì)屬性,對(duì)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育提出了更高要求。在新形勢(shì)下,如何將“立德樹人”理念融入到大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作中,已經(jīng)成為高校思想政治教育工作者亟需解決的新問題。對(duì)此,本文在運(yùn)用馬克思主義立場(chǎng)、觀點(diǎn)和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,利用文獻(xiàn)收集、理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際、系統(tǒng)分析等方法,從育人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、育人內(nèi)容、育人效果等方面明確提出“立德樹人”對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的新要求,全面分析“立德樹人”理念融入大學(xué)生思想政治教育的必要性。并按照“立德樹人”理念對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的新要求,有針對(duì)性的提出大學(xué)生思想政治教育存在的問題,嘗試從更新理念、豐富內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)新方法、加強(qiáng)隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和構(gòu)建有效機(jī)制等方面多角度、全方位實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新,探索大學(xué)生思想政治教育的有效方法,進(jìn)而切實(shí)提高大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:College students are the future builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, bearing the future of the country and the hope of the nation. The quality of college students is not only directly related to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also to whether the country can quickly realize the grand goal of socialist construction. The ideological and political education of college students is an important way to train college students to become qualified successors. However, under the influence of the trend of globalization, the ideology and ideology of college students are gradually impacted by western capitalist culture. At the same time, with the opening of China's market economy and the increasingly diversified social economy, employment mode, distribution of benefits, the ideological and political education of college students has brought many new situations and new challenges. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out: "the fundamental task of education is to cultivate the socialist constructors and successors for the all-round development of moral, intellectual, physical, physical and aesthetic development." This landmark discussion answers the question of "who to train and how to train people", which is related to the future and destiny of the Party and the country, and explains deeply the essential attributes of the ideological and political education of college students. To further strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students put forward higher requirements. Under the new situation, how to integrate the idea of "moral education" into the ideological and political education of college students has become a new problem urgently needed to be solved by ideological and political educators in colleges and universities. On the basis of Marxist standpoint, viewpoint and method, this paper uses the methods of literature collection, theory and practice, systematic analysis, and so on, from the educational standards, the contents of education, and so on. The author puts forward the new requirements of the ideological and political education of college students from the aspects of the effect of educating people, and analyzes the necessity of integrating the idea of "moral education with man of tree" into the ideological and political education of college students. In accordance with the new requirements of the idea of "setting up people by virtue" to the ideological and political education of college students, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the ideological and political education of college students, and attempts to renew the ideas, enrich the contents, and innovate the methods. Strengthening the team building and constructing effective mechanism, so as to realize the innovation of college students' ideological and political education in all directions, and to explore the effective methods of college students' ideological and political education. And then improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students.
