【摘要】：腐敗一直是影響我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)政治發(fā)展的毒瘤,十八大以來,近五年的反腐歷程中已有近200名省部級(jí)及省部級(jí)以上官員被查。在中央反腐態(tài)度如此強(qiáng)硬的今天,仍有官員頂風(fēng)作案,帶頭違法。所以,我國(guó)的反腐形勢(shì)依然不容樂觀。黨的十八大提出要建設(shè)廉潔政治,就要做到干部清正、政府清廉,這是我國(guó)反腐敗建立廉潔社會(huì)對(duì)政府和國(guó)家工作人員提出的要求。大學(xué)生雖無權(quán)無勢(shì),與腐敗沒有直接聯(lián)系,但他們的廉潔狀況事關(guān)未來我國(guó)后備干部隊(duì)伍的建設(shè),我們要防范于未然,幫助大學(xué)生樹立正確的廉潔價(jià)值觀,減少大學(xué)生步入社會(huì)后的管理成本。2005年1月,中共中央提出學(xué)校等教育部門要加強(qiáng)青少年的廉潔價(jià)值觀教育,培養(yǎng)他們正確的廉潔價(jià)值觀和高尚的道德情操。2007年3月,教育部提出,要在全國(guó)大中小學(xué)全面開展廉潔教育。2008年9月,中共中央又發(fā)布有關(guān)高校廉潔教育的意見明確指出,要發(fā)揮大學(xué)教師和思想政治工作隊(duì)伍的作用,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生廉潔教育。但由于我國(guó)廉潔教育起步晚、起點(diǎn)低,大學(xué)生廉潔價(jià)值觀還存在一些問題,如廉潔認(rèn)知不深刻、不透徹,廉潔認(rèn)知與行為不一致、廉潔意志不堅(jiān)定等。因此,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生廉潔教育,促使大學(xué)生樹立正確的廉潔價(jià)值觀顯得尤為重要。本文立足于對(duì)大學(xué)生廉潔價(jià)值觀的研究,在國(guó)內(nèi)外和相關(guān)理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,遵循大學(xué)生的的心理認(rèn)知規(guī)律和大學(xué)生廉潔價(jià)值觀的生成機(jī)制,從廉潔認(rèn)知、情感、意志和踐行四個(gè)方面充分了解當(dāng)前大學(xué)生廉潔價(jià)值觀現(xiàn)狀,并進(jìn)行原因分析,最后提出相應(yīng)的培育途徑,以期幫助大學(xué)生樹立正確的廉潔價(jià)值觀。
[Abstract]:Corruption has always been a cancer that affects the economic and political development of our country. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), nearly 200 officials at or above the provincial level have been investigated in the course of anti-corruption in the past five years. In the central anti-corruption attitude so tough today, there are still officials against the wind, take the lead in breaking the law. Therefore, our country's anti-corruption situation is still not optimistic. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that to build clean politics, cadres should be clean and the government should be clean, which is the demand for government and state functionaries to set up a clean society against corruption in our country. Although college students have no right to have no power and have no direct connection with corruption, their clean situation is related to the construction of the contingent of reserve cadres in our country in the future. We should guard against it and help college students to set up correct values of honesty and cleanliness. In January 2005, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed that schools and other educational departments should strengthen the education of young people's clean values and cultivate their correct clean values and noble moral sentiments. The Ministry of Education has proposed that clean education should be carried out in all schools and colleges throughout the country. In September 2008, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued its views on clean education in colleges and universities, clearly pointing out that it is necessary to give full play to the role of university teachers and ideological and political work teams. Strengthen the clean education of college students. However, due to the late start and low starting point of clean education in our country, there are still some problems in the values of honesty of college students, such as incorruptible cognition, inthoroughness, inconsistency between clean cognition and behavior, infirm will and so on. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the clean education of college students and to set up correct values of honesty. Based on the research of college students' honest values, and on the basis of domestic and foreign and relevant theoretical research, this paper follows the psychological cognitive law of college students and the forming mechanism of college students' honest values, and from the perspective of honest cognition and emotion, Four aspects of will and practice fully understand the current situation of college students' honest values, analyze the reasons, and finally put forward the corresponding cultivation ways, in order to help college students to set up the correct values of honesty.
