基于能力本位的美國本科學(xué)生評估研究

【摘要】:受到多元利益相關(guān)者的影響,美國本科教育順應(yīng)社會機(jī)構(gòu)與學(xué)生發(fā)展的需求,強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生多方面綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),在發(fā)展上突出能力本位。高等院校、研究機(jī)構(gòu)以及專業(yè)評估機(jī)構(gòu)對本科生的學(xué)習(xí)成果實施全面評估,在評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)上注重知識、技能、價值觀以及特質(zhì)構(gòu)成。在具體的方法上,采取直接與間接的評估方式,通過問卷調(diào)查、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化測量以及等級評定的方法,揭示學(xué)生的實際發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。
[Abstract]:Influenced by multiple stakeholders, American undergraduate education conforms to the needs of social institutions and students' development, emphasizes the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality in many aspects, and emphasizes the ability standard in the development of undergraduate education. Institutions of higher learning, research institutions, and professional evaluation institutions conduct comprehensive assessments of undergraduate learning outcomes, focusing on knowledge, skills, values, and the composition of traits in the evaluation criteria. In terms of concrete methods, direct and indirect evaluation methods are adopted to reveal the actual development of students by means of questionnaire, standardized measurement and grade evaluation.
