【摘要】：一流學(xué)科建設(shè)研究中人們較多考慮外在的組織框架構(gòu)成、要素投入和評價體系建構(gòu),而對學(xué)科發(fā)展的精神內(nèi)核關(guān)注不足,對學(xué)科文化建設(shè)研究不夠,在一流學(xué)科建設(shè)實踐中也存在一定程度的偏差。建設(shè)一流學(xué)科,需重視學(xué)科傳統(tǒng)、內(nèi)在品質(zhì)的積累,培育底蘊(yùn)深厚的學(xué)科文化,著力營造特色鮮明的學(xué)科文化氛圍。這不僅有利于促進(jìn)學(xué)科凝聚精神內(nèi)核,亦有利于推動學(xué)科的創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the study of first-class discipline construction, people tend to consider the composition of external organizational framework, the input of elements and the construction of evaluation system. However, they pay less attention to the spiritual core of discipline development and do not study the construction of discipline culture. In the first-class discipline construction practice, there is also a certain degree of deviation. In order to build a first-class discipline, we should attach importance to the discipline tradition, accumulate the inherent quality, cultivate the subject culture with profound connotation, and make great efforts to create the distinctive discipline culture atmosphere. This is not only conducive to promoting the spirit of discipline agglomeration, but also conducive to the innovation and development of disciplines.
