【摘要】：創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊伍建設是新時期應用型本科院校創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的迫切需求,針對目前創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊伍數(shù)量、質量、角色定位等方面存在的不足,文章提出應改變思路,以創(chuàng)新、合作和服務的基本教育理念為基礎,圍繞學生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)和創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉化,從創(chuàng)業(yè)教育頂層設計出發(fā),打造擁有良好教學管理氛圍的師資隊伍,依托創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐平臺,全面提升創(chuàng)業(yè)教育整體效果。
[Abstract]:The construction of the teaching staff of the start-up education is the urgent need of the personnel training of the applied-oriented undergraduate in the new period, and the article puts forward the idea of changing the train of thought and the innovation. On the basis of the basic education concept of cooperation and service, it is about the transformation of the student's ability of entrepreneurship and the achievement of the start-up, from the top-level design of the start-up education, building a teaching staff with a good teaching management atmosphere, relying on the entrepreneurial practice platform, and comprehensively improving the overall effect of the start-up education.
