大學(xué)文化育人功能的實現(xiàn)機理:基于隱性知識傳遞的分析

【摘要】:大學(xué)文化具有獨特的育人功能。通過對大學(xué)文化育人過程中的隱性知識傳遞現(xiàn)象進行分析,指出大學(xué)文化育人功能的實現(xiàn)得益于大學(xué)文化與隱性知識傳遞間的系統(tǒng)耦合。為進一步了解大學(xué)文化育人的機理和規(guī)律,構(gòu)建了大學(xué)文化育人多層次隱性知識傳遞動力學(xué)模型。模型分析顯示,和諧穩(wěn)定的社會局面是大學(xué)文化育人功能得以實現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ),確保不同類型"大學(xué)人"間的有效接觸強度可以提升大學(xué)文化育人的質(zhì)量與效益。最后,提出創(chuàng)建支撐大學(xué)文化育人功能的載體和平臺、構(gòu)建"大學(xué)人"廣泛參與大學(xué)文化育人的機制、促進"大學(xué)人"文化自覺意識的養(yǎng)成等建議。
[Abstract]:University culture has a unique educational function. Through the analysis of the phenomenon of tacit knowledge transfer in the process of university culture education, it is pointed out that the realization of the function of university culture education benefits from the system coupling between university culture and tacit knowledge transmission. In order to further understand the mechanism and law of university culture education, the dynamic model of multi-level tacit knowledge transfer of university culture education is constructed. The model analysis shows that the harmonious and stable social situation is the basis for the realization of the educational function of university culture, and ensuring the effective contact intensity between different types of "university people" can enhance the quality and benefit of university culture education. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions, such as establishing the carrier and platform to support the function of university culture education, constructing the mechanism of "university people" participating in university culture education extensively, and promoting the cultivation of cultural consciousness of "university people".
