廣東地方高校生物師范生職業(yè)規(guī)劃的研究與解決對策

【摘要】:隨著生物師范生就業(yè)競爭與就業(yè)要求的逐漸增大,科學合理的職業(yè)規(guī)劃對地方高校畢業(yè)的生物師范生的重要性尤為突出。但目前對生物師范生職業(yè)規(guī)劃的研究較缺乏,所以本研究以廣東地方高校的生物師范生作為研究對象,主要探討了生物師范生職業(yè)規(guī)劃水平以及不同變量的影響程度。本研究中的職業(yè)規(guī)劃包括五個維度:職業(yè)規(guī)劃意識、自我認知、環(huán)境認知、目標計劃、實施修正,而其影響因子主要包括個人背景、個人經(jīng)歷、個人觀念及學校課程服務這四個方面。本研究根據(jù)這個思路設(shè)計出測量問卷,并對數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果通過相關(guān)性分析、描述性分析、差異分析及回歸分析等方法進行處理。同時本研究還采用了案例追蹤研究、訪談相結(jié)合的方法。本研究的主要結(jié)論如下:(1)職業(yè)規(guī)劃總體水平有待提高,各維度中職業(yè)規(guī)劃意識維度的分值最高,目標計劃維度的分值最低。說明生物師范生能意識到職業(yè)規(guī)劃的重要性并對其有一定的需求,但在目標的確定及制定計劃方面普遍表現(xiàn)地很迷茫;(2)生物師范生職業(yè)規(guī)劃水平在性別、年級、父母雙方受教育程度、學生干部經(jīng)歷、社會實踐經(jīng)歷、專業(yè)認同、學校課程設(shè)置及學校職業(yè)規(guī)劃服務的開展情況等方面存在差異,其大部分T或F檢驗的P值0.01;(3)影響生物師范生職業(yè)規(guī)劃的主要因素是就業(yè)意向觀念、專業(yè)認同度、社會實踐經(jīng)歷、對學校職業(yè)規(guī)劃服務的態(tài)度及對課程設(shè)置的態(tài)度。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)生物師范生的職業(yè)規(guī)劃尚待完善的問題如下:(1)生物師范生的職業(yè)規(guī)劃總體水平有待提高;(2)生物師范生專業(yè)認同度很低;(3)生物師范生知識技能不足,對相關(guān)行業(yè)缺乏自信心;(4)學生缺乏社會實踐平臺;(5)高校職業(yè)規(guī)劃課程方面:師資力量薄弱、課程設(shè)置不規(guī)范、實踐活動不足、缺乏相關(guān)職業(yè)咨詢中心、高校職業(yè)規(guī)劃知識普及不到位、就業(yè)指導大部分停留在表面;(6)高校專業(yè)課程方面:課程內(nèi)容缺乏針對性;實驗探究性不強及考核方式單一;野外實習內(nèi)容單一,模式呆板,過程低效;部分教育實習缺乏監(jiān)管,易流于形式;學生對第二課堂參與度不高。針對以上結(jié)論及問題提出職業(yè)規(guī)劃體系的構(gòu)建建議如下:個人提高自我認知,增強自信心、加強環(huán)境認知、及早明確目標、多方面提升自我、進行全程化階段規(guī)劃;高校應全方位構(gòu)建完善的職業(yè)規(guī)劃體系、優(yōu)化課程結(jié)構(gòu)以滿足職業(yè)需求、提高學校的“社會認同度”;政府及社會方面則出臺相關(guān)政策規(guī)范職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育并就此方面與高校進行長期的合作。
[Abstract]:With the increasing employment competition and employment requirements of biological normal students, the importance of scientific and reasonable career planning for biological normal college graduates is particularly prominent. However, there is a lack of research on the vocational planning of biological normal college students, so this study takes the biological normal students of Guangdong local universities as the research object, mainly discusses the level of professional planning of biological normal students and the degree of influence of different variables. The career planning in this study includes five dimensions: career planning awareness, self-cognition, environmental awareness, goal planning, implementation modification, and its influencing factors mainly include personal background, personal experience, and so on. Personal concept and school curriculum service these four aspects. According to this idea, the questionnaire is designed, and the data results are processed by correlation analysis, descriptive analysis, difference analysis and regression analysis. At the same time, this study also adopts the method of case tracking and interview. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) the overall level of career planning needs to be improved. It shows that the students in biological normal school can realize the importance of career planning and have a certain demand for it, but they are generally confused in the determination of goals and the formulation of plans. (2) the level of career planning of biological normal students in gender, grade, education level of both parents, student cadre experience, social practice experience, professional identity, etc. There are differences in school curriculum and the development of school career planning service, and the P value of most T or F tests is 0.01; (3) the main factors influencing the vocational planning of biological normal students are employment intention concept, professional identity degree, social practice experience, attitude towards school career planning service and attitude towards curriculum setting. This study found that the vocational planning of biological normal students needs to be improved as follows: (1) the overall level of vocational planning of biological normal students needs to be improved; (2) the degree of professional identity of biological normal students is very low; (3) lack of knowledge and skills, lack of self-confidence in related industries, (4) lack of social practice platform for students; (5) College career planning curriculum: teachers are weak, curriculum setup is not standardized, practical activities are insufficient, lack of relevant vocational counseling center, college career planning knowledge popularization is not in place, employment guidance mostly stays on the surface; (6) specialized courses in colleges and universities: lack of pertinence of curriculum content; lack of exploration in experiment and single examination method; single content of field practice, rigid mode, low efficiency of process; lack of supervision and supervision of some educational practice, easy to become a mere formality; Students' participation in the second class is not high. In view of the above conclusions and problems, the construction of career planning system is proposed as follows: individuals improve their self-cognition, enhance their self-confidence, strengthen their environmental awareness, identify their goals as early as possible, improve themselves in many ways, and carry out the whole process of planning; Colleges and universities should build a perfect career planning system, optimize the curriculum structure to meet the professional needs, and improve the school's "social identity". The government and society have issued relevant policies to standardize the education of career planning and cooperate with colleges and universities for a long time.
