【摘要】：大學(xué)作為文化傳承和創(chuàng)新的重要場所,文化是其生存的根基和命脈,是其最具特質(zhì)的個性。社會轉(zhuǎn)型、高等教育國際化等為我國現(xiàn)代大學(xué)的發(fā)展帶來機遇的同時,也產(chǎn)生了很多的問題,其中尤為重要的是大學(xué)個性文化精神的缺失�，F(xiàn)代大學(xué)個性文化精神是一所大學(xué)在與環(huán)境的互動過程中長期積淀而成,并表現(xiàn)出來的思維方式與行為方式的復(fù)雜整體,是建立在大學(xué)的共性基礎(chǔ)之上又不同于其他大學(xué)的比較固定的追求、理想和信念。大學(xué)塑造個性文化精神有利于應(yīng)對大學(xué)趨同化、人才同質(zhì)化的發(fā)展問題,有助于指導(dǎo)大學(xué)形成獨特的辦學(xué)規(guī)律和理念,滿足大學(xué)人的個性追求。本文從現(xiàn)代大學(xué)發(fā)展的歷史源流出發(fā),認為大學(xué)個性文化精神的形成有著共性基因和個性因素的雙重影響,在此基礎(chǔ)上提煉出大學(xué)個性文化精神的特征；著重分析了現(xiàn)代大學(xué)追求和傳播個性文化精神的價值和必要性；最后結(jié)合我國現(xiàn)代大學(xué)的發(fā)展實際,分析了我國現(xiàn)代大學(xué)個性文化精神的缺失現(xiàn)況,并為我國現(xiàn)代大學(xué)如何型塑個性文化精神提出了建議。本文的主要觀點有：(一)中國傳統(tǒng)書院精神和德國古典主義大學(xué)觀是我國現(xiàn)代大學(xué)的精神來源,而大學(xué)的個性文化精神是在自身歷史傳統(tǒng)、開創(chuàng)者的智慧、辦學(xué)實踐累積、社會環(huán)境等因素的作用下形成的；(二)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)追求個性文化精神是滿足大學(xué)人個性發(fā)展需求、實現(xiàn)大學(xué)差異化發(fā)展的必要責(zé)任；(三)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)傳播個性文化精神在塑造大學(xué)個性形象、引領(lǐng)地域文化的發(fā)展和弘揚中國傳統(tǒng)文化這三個層面有著重要作用。
[Abstract]:As an important place for cultural inheritance and innovation, culture is the foundation and lifeblood of its survival and its most characteristic personality. Social transformation and internationalization of higher education bring opportunities for the development of modern universities in China, but also produce a lot of problems, especially the lack of the spirit of university personality culture. The spirit of personality culture in modern university is a complex whole of thinking mode and behavior mode, which is accumulated in the process of interaction between a university and the environment for a long time. It is a relatively fixed pursuit, ideal and belief based on the commonality of university and different from other universities. It is helpful for universities to shape the spirit of personality culture in order to deal with the problems of university assimilation and homogenization of talents, to guide the university to form its unique rules and ideas of running a school, and to satisfy the pursuit of personality of university people. Starting from the historical origin of the development of modern universities, this paper holds that the formation of the spirit of university personality culture has the dual influence of common genes and individual factors, and on this basis extracts the characteristics of the spirit of university personality culture. This paper analyzes the value and necessity of pursuing and spreading the spirit of personality culture in modern universities. Finally, combined with the development practice of modern universities in China, this paper analyzes the present situation of the lack of personality culture spirit of modern universities in our country, and puts forward some suggestions on how to shape the spirit of personality culture in modern universities of our country. The main points of this paper are as follows: (1) the spirit of Chinese traditional academy and the view of German classicism are the spiritual sources of modern universities in China, while the spirit of personality culture of universities is accumulated in their own historical tradition, the wisdom of the founders, and the practice of running a school. Formed under the action of social environment and other factors; (2) the pursuit of the spirit of personality culture in modern universities is the necessary responsibility to meet the needs of the personality development of university people and to realize the differentiated development of universities; (3) the spirit of spreading personality culture in modern universities plays an important role in shaping the university personality image, leading the development of regional culture and carrying forward Chinese traditional culture.
