【摘要】：大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新背景下,鼓勵(lì)和引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)是我國實(shí)現(xiàn)以創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動(dòng)就業(yè)、建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家的重大戰(zhàn)略舉措。然而,目前我國大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者比例較低,創(chuàng)新型創(chuàng)業(yè)少之又少。本研究以華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)20名創(chuàng)業(yè)先鋒為例,調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn)其在創(chuàng)業(yè)歷程中表現(xiàn)出立足專業(yè)、熱愛行業(yè),先就業(yè)、后創(chuàng)業(yè),不滿現(xiàn)狀、謀求大業(yè),了解形勢、利用政策,創(chuàng)業(yè)中創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)新中變強(qiáng)等共同特點(diǎn);在內(nèi)外部因素作用下,他們圍繞創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)、創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)和業(yè)態(tài)前景彰顯出共同的發(fā)展機(jī)理。促進(jìn)我國大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)健康快速發(fā)展,既需要政府、高校、社會(huì)和大學(xué)生共同努力,又需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)業(yè)和創(chuàng)新互促共進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of mass entrepreneurship, encouraging and guiding college students to innovate and start their own business is an important strategic measure to promote employment and build an innovative country in our country. However, at present, the proportion of college students entrepreneurs in China is relatively low, innovative entrepreneurship is rare. This study takes 20 pioneering pioneers of Huazhong Agricultural University as an example, and finds out that their entrepreneurial process is based on specialty, love industry, first employment, then entrepreneurship, dissatisfaction with the present situation, seeking for a great cause, understanding the situation, using policies, and innovating in entrepreneurship. The common characteristics of innovation, such as the change of strength; Under the influence of internal and external factors, they highlight the common development mechanism around entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial opportunities, entrepreneurial practices, innovative entrepreneurship and business prospects. To promote the healthy and rapid development of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship in China, it is not only necessary for the government, universities, society and college students to make joint efforts, but also for entrepreneurship and innovation to promote each other.
