【摘要】：多科技術(shù)學(xué)院是20世紀(jì)60年代英國(guó)高等教育的特有產(chǎn)物,經(jīng)歷了萌生與創(chuàng)立、發(fā)展與變遷、消亡與轉(zhuǎn)型三個(gè)階段。多科技術(shù)學(xué)院采用分流施教的方式,對(duì)英國(guó)適齡青年學(xué)子的高等教育機(jī)會(huì)、形式、任務(wù)、資源、層次進(jìn)行合理分流,為工業(yè)社會(huì)培養(yǎng)了高質(zhì)量應(yīng)用型人才,促進(jìn)了社會(huì)良性分層流動(dòng)。借鑒英國(guó)多科技術(shù)學(xué)院應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)的做法,我國(guó)應(yīng)用型大學(xué)和高職高專院校應(yīng)加強(qiáng)高等教育機(jī)會(huì)分流的公正化、學(xué)生分流施教的特色化、高等教育層次分流的開放化,進(jìn)而滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)應(yīng)用型人才的需要,促進(jìn)我國(guó)社會(huì)的合理分層流動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:Polytechnic college is a special product of British higher education in the 1960s, which has experienced three stages: initiation and creation, development and change, extinction and transformation. The polytechnic institute adopts the way of diverting and teaching, distributes the opportunity, form, task, resource and level of higher education for the young students of British age, and trains the high quality applied talents for the industrial society. Promoted the social benign stratification flow. Drawing lessons from the practice of cultivating applied talents in British polytechnic colleges, the author points out that China's applied universities and higher vocational colleges should strengthen the fairness of the distribution of higher education opportunities, the characteristics of students' diversion and teaching, and the opening up of higher education levels. Then meet the needs of economic development for applied talents and promote the rational stratified flow of our society.
