【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、文化多元化以及世界政治多極化成為當(dāng)今的國際局勢,我國為適應(yīng)國際時代發(fā)展的需要,在價值觀層面也表現(xiàn)出多元化趨勢。新形勢下大學(xué)生是受到社會環(huán)境影響最顯著的群體,為了適應(yīng)新的國際國內(nèi)形勢,他們的思想及價值觀念的取向和選擇也會與多元化背景相一致。如何在全球化、新媒體的國際背景及國內(nèi)社會轉(zhuǎn)型的新形勢下培育大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀已成為重要內(nèi)容。為深入貫徹落實十八大和十八屆三中全會政策精神,中央在隨后的《關(guān)于培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀的意見》中強(qiáng)調(diào)要把社會主義核心價值觀融入到國民教育全過程中,也強(qiáng)調(diào)培育社會主義核心價值觀不僅是價值觀念的確立,更是需要學(xué)校尤其高校重視的教育問題。青年是國家發(fā)展的中堅力量,后起之秀,他們價值觀念能否正確的確立直接影響著整個國家的價值觀取向。高校是大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)知識,培養(yǎng)素質(zhì)的重要場所,也是樹立大學(xué)生核心價值觀的主要陣地,因此高校對于新形勢下大學(xué)生政治立場、道德素養(yǎng)、品質(zhì)品行的養(yǎng)成起到關(guān)鍵性作用,直接關(guān)系到中華民族的發(fā)展。本文首先闡述與社會主義核心價值觀相關(guān)的概念,再分析國際國內(nèi)局勢對大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀培育的影響以及大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀培育的必要性,文中闡述了全球化、文化的多元化、國內(nèi)社會轉(zhuǎn)型等時代背景,表明不同的社會背景要求不同的社會觀念與之相適應(yīng),就如習(xí)主席在新形勢下提出的中國夢,以及習(xí)主席根據(jù)國際國內(nèi)社會發(fā)展形勢,進(jìn)一步分析大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀培育的必要性。中央強(qiáng)調(diào)高校開展思想政治工作的重要性,其中社會主義核心價值觀是思想政治教育教學(xué)的重要內(nèi)容。奠定理論基礎(chǔ)后,本文著重探討社會主義核心價值觀培育的現(xiàn)狀,從取得成效和存在的問題兩方面來看,只有了解這些具體實際情況,才能進(jìn)而提出有價值的改進(jìn)路徑。本文提出要在堅持思想政治教育工作基礎(chǔ)上,采用多種路徑,強(qiáng)化大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀的培育。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization, cultural diversity and the multipolarization of world politics have become the current international situation. In order to meet the needs of the development of the international era, our country also shows the trend of pluralism in the aspect of values. Under the new situation, college students are the most obviously affected by the social environment. In order to adapt to the new international and domestic situation, the orientation and choice of their ideas and values will be consistent with the pluralistic background. How to cultivate the socialist core values of college students under the new situation of globalization, the international background of new media and the transformation of domestic society has become an important content. In order to thoroughly implement the policy spirit of the 18th National Congress and the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the Central Committee, in its subsequent views on cultivating and practicing the socialist core values, stressed the need to integrate the socialist core values into the whole process of national education. It also emphasizes that the cultivation of socialist core values is not only the establishment of values, but also an educational problem that schools, especially colleges and universities, should attach importance to. Youth is the backbone of national development, rising star, their values can be established correctly directly affect the value orientation of the whole country. Colleges and universities are important places for college students to learn knowledge and cultivate quality, and are also the main positions for setting up college students' core values. Therefore, colleges and universities play a key role in the cultivation of college students' political position, moral accomplishment and quality and conduct under the new situation. Directly related to the development of the Chinese nation. This paper first expounds the concepts related to the socialist core values, and then analyzes the influence of the international and domestic situations on the cultivation of the socialist core values of college students and the necessity of cultivating the socialist core values of the college students. This paper expounds the background of the times, such as globalization, cultural pluralism and social transformation in China. It shows that different social backgrounds require different social concepts to adapt to them, just as President Xi proposed Chinese Dream in the new situation. And according to the international and domestic social development situation, President Xi further analyzes the necessity of cultivating college students' socialist core values. The central government emphasizes the importance of carrying out ideological and political work in colleges and universities, among which the socialist core values are the important contents of ideological and political education. After laying the theoretical foundation, this article emphatically discusses the present situation of the cultivation of the socialist core values. From the two aspects of the achievements and the existing problems, only by understanding these concrete actual conditions, can we put forward the valuable ways of improvement. On the basis of persisting in ideological and political education, this paper proposes to strengthen the cultivation of college students' socialist core values by adopting various ways.
